Zandra Rodriguez Legally it’s better for shows to pretend they haven’t seen stuff like this for legal reasons on both sides. If the shoe was to do something too similar in the future they could be sued. If the show admits they’ve seen this and didn’t sue more legitimate cases could be throw out because they didn’t act on this potential case which could risk them loosing the copyright completely.

I think maybe Amazonites are related to peridots because the similarity in voices, jobs, color, and powers. Peridot has metal powers and it seems amazonites have rock powers. (i think thats the way its spelled i just came across this and have no idea whats going on but i like it)
I really like the idea of “One of the main characters had a past life but got rejuvenated”, is like ‘Steven is rose’ thing but scaled because they look practically the same and even have the same name (or well, gem name, not the affectionate one, aka GEM-106X-C72-PD type of stuff)
The Anime Noob yes It's like you jump into the middle of a series and literally all these characters are referencing stuff the past episodes you have no idea what they're talking about, but you just go with it cuz the plot is interesting anyway.

here’s a bit of criticism: music is a wee bit loud, some of the references just seem weird and out of place (like the nani?? usually people use that as a joke but it was said unironically, even amazonite lolll, it kinda took me out of emersion) voice actors are a little off, the color tones and designs when they are fighting kind of makes everything/the characters blend together and it’s hard to figure out who’s important, maybe use a design sheet to not overcomplicate but create more unique designs, and last thing, when you’re labeling this as episode 1/season 1 the writing so far doesn’t make sense for the characters to start talking about stuff we have no idea about like other characters, conflicts, etc there needs to be simple world building and development to make the audience care about each one and what’s going on. the animation however, is fantastic it looks pretty dang close to the actual show, and the story boarding for the scenes shows pretty great sense of composition, very fluid!! so i guess the main gripe is character designs and the story telling aspect. i want to know what’s going on with these characters before fighting and random stuff is being established. i hope you guys make more of this because i am interested and will keep tuned in :)

The animation is super fluid & the characters seem pretty interesting. My only complaint would be the awkward dialogue in places? (That fusion was howt though)
Not bad little constructive criticism tho The music kinda over powered the voices a bit And I feel like the gem saying Nani broke the immersion for me for a moment but it brought it rite back during the fight so not bad 👍🏻👍🏻
If I could tack on to what you were saying: Some of the lines felt a little stilted, for a couple reasons. The voice actors were trying to do voices a lot of the time, but the most natural voice is the one that you use in day-to-day speech. And some of the lines, like when Amazonite hugged the blue gem (I'm forgetting the name). The blue gem didn't respond with the amount of surprise and force that a hug like that would create.
Clark Hughes rite it’s by no means bad tho it was enjoyable. I’m not one for fan things but this I liked it had a good execution. But as I said it threw me off a little bit
i really like the animation and the character design, however, the dialogue seems a bit awkward sounding, and the characters relationship isn't really clear despite what you might have intended, the audience doesn't know these characters and there's no connection to them right now it also seems like you had some ideas already but threw us into the middle of the plot also using the word nani seems kind of random and seems awkward as well i do really like the idea still

Ember the fox Pff perfect is an exaggeration. I would say however that it's pretty impressive on a fan animation level but "perfect" is just over the top. It has flaws but it's not bad. But yeah, I like it so far!
If you're open to criticism, I'm really impressed by the potential in this. Undoubtedly talented animation and character design. The writing here seems to be the weakest link. From my perspective I guess there's a lot of lore you've established already somewhere else? But if this is a kickoff 'episode', then why would you not use it to establish the characters and setting? I don't know who these characters are, what they're like or what their dynamic is. The tall one is kind of aloof I think and the short one is a bit timid. Suddenly boom, they're fusing (I have no idea what their individual powers are at this point). Just seems rushed. Like you've crafted these complex characters in your mind but you want to skip the "boring character presentation" and skip to the cool action and bonding moments. Those moments are meaningless when the characters appear to be shallow husks with no established history. Unless you count the short one listing off random friends names which does nothing but 'sound' like history without actually establishing who they're even talking about. You should really give the characters individual screentime to flesh out their own quirks and charms, and then begin exploring their dynamic together. Show them doing stuff in their lively routines to establish thought processes. Maybe this isn't the first episode and that's yet to come, it wasn't made clear by the title or description. But if you want to break past being an "impressive but shallow" internet project I hope you apply heavy focus on improving the scripting process.

I love it! But here some critics, the audio effects where sometimes a little high and at 4:19 I couldn't hear Blue Quartz voice well. But overall it was amazing! I can't wait to see where this goes
Okay. i love this animation. But I have no clue who either of these gems are, I don't know their story or relationship. But I guess Steven Universe kinda did that as well, we didn't know much about the characters until the show moved forward and gave them more depth. Also the word *nANI?* took me off guard by a lot.
amazing, the characters, the potential story and mood is incredible. i say you should take your time and make this even more amazing than it already is (longer episodes) we will wait for as long as we have too, please do the best you possibly can (its already awesome btw)

Ember the fox Pff perfect is an exaggeration. I would say however that it's pretty impressive on a fan animation level but "perfect" is just over the top. It has flaws but it's not bad. But yeah, I like it so far!

If you're open to criticism, I'm really impressed by the potential in this. Undoubtedly talented animation and character design.
The writing here seems to be the weakest link. From my perspective I guess there's a lot of lore you've established already somewhere else? But if this is a kickoff 'episode', then why would you not use it to establish the characters and setting? I don't know who these characters are, what they're like or what their dynamic is. The tall one is kind of aloof I think and the short one is a bit timid. Suddenly boom, they're fusing (I have no idea what their individual powers are at this point). Just seems rushed. Like you've crafted these complex characters in your mind but you want to skip the "boring character presentation" and skip to the cool action and bonding moments. Those moments are meaningless when the characters appear to be shallow husks with no established history. Unless you count the short one listing off random friends names which does nothing but 'sound' like history without actually establishing who they're even talking about.
You should really give the characters individual screentime to flesh out their own quirks and charms, and then begin exploring their dynamic together. Show them doing stuff in their lively routines to establish thought processes. Maybe this isn't the first episode and that's yet to come, it wasn't made clear by the title or description. But if you want to break past being an "impressive but shallow" internet project I hope you apply heavy focus on improving the scripting process.

I love it! But here some critics, the audio effects where sometimes a little high and at 4:19 I couldn't hear Blue Quartz voice well.
But overall it was amazing! I can't wait to see where this goes
Okay. i love this animation. But I have no clue who either of these gems are, I don't know their story or relationship. But I guess Steven Universe kinda did that as well, we didn't know much about the characters until the show moved forward and gave them more depth.
Also the word *nANI?* took me off guard by a lot.
