That sounds like it could happen. If you think about it could explain why in the beginning of the pilot, Tourmaline notices a corrupted gem and tries to grab it only to apparently see something that disturbs her and cries(??) but ended up being a dream. Not to mention that in the theme song lyrics there's a line that says "Even so I'll try my best to let her go" meaning that she use to have someone that holds her heart dearly but because she lost that person to ended up being corrupted, that gave Tourmaline trauma from it which also explain why she's introverted I guess :/
Another hint for that is the series is called “Division” and in the theme song, Tourmaline(idk if it’s tourmaline who sung the theme song) repeatedly says “fix this divide”.
If you saw one of the lines in one of the two trailers tarmilines voice says “She’s just an aimless creature” and in the intro a line says something along the lines of , I have to let her go, so I think that’s 9/10 possible
Okay so one thing I simply must commend you guys on is the way you introduce the characters. Not once is anything just told to us, rather it is elegently shown to us. The depressed Tourmaline who has a tendency to get upset quickly and push people away, but still cares. The energetic Jade, who is a bit of an idiot and can really understand subtext And the calm Calcite who tried her best to keep everyone under tabs, but she does drink abit behind their backs to keep sane.
I love this! But the lack of sound is an issue.. some music or general ambiance or sound effects would be nice.. but never the less the art character designs and editing is perfect-- Edit: I sob...the song st the end got me..aaaah

This is fantastic. The song at the end caught me off-guard, I genuinely did not expect to hear self-written lyrics but it was a lovely surprise. Art is very polished as well, a few more in-between frames and it would look much smoother. Also, more emotion should be put in the voice acting. But all in all, great work. I'll make sure to follow this project!
I vote that we should make this a spinoff series of the Steven Universe franchise. Good characters + catchy songs + neat animation = one great space show.

I love the the two gems on Jade's shoulders are different! Even if just a little where one is facing more up and the other is cut differently, and it's consistent too, it's so good! And it really shows that Jade is a person themselves, but also very much two people in a literal sense!

How did i not stumble upon this channel till now? I immediatly fell in love with the story, and characters. This was really cute! I like the designs of the characters and the backgrounds! Keep it up! I have some notes if you wanna read them, it´s just stuff. The writing could use some work, some dialogues are awkward. The hums are a bit excessive at the beginning, silence can work better like in the chess game part where Jade only made faces instead of sounds or maybe instead of those sounds you could try to make samples of background noices, like when Tourmaline grabs the cloak or the steps. I like the singing, the voice actress has a very nice voice, I didn´t understand the lyrics though. I dont know what the song means or why is it sad at all. Pay extra attention to the pronunciation of the dialogues, some came out mumbles. This is workable, your team and you got this! This is super HUGE to make and to be discovered, specially in a place like RUclips. There´s lots of passion in this, don´t get discourage! I wish you success and luck!

I’m gonna be straight with ya I love the fact that you and everyone else that is apart of the team is doing this as I love the art, the colour, and the suiting voices for the characters, even how they act I’m not gonna continue watching probably unless I remember but I’m just one less guy, all my support is to you though, even the original gems a personality’s of them work so well and I just love them even if they haven’t had enough characterization, I know I am in no place to suggest anything and I hope that’s fine but just a small thing that I see many shows do even though it works out most of the time, to much attention to the main character as the main three will get most of the time but every once in a while episodes should give attention to the sides more than the main you know, like if this Lilly character is a side character just give them the spot light doing something with say Jade (as they already have a bit of a liking to each other) hell the song gives a good taste of what you guys have to offer but hey it seems like you guys can stick with what your doing a make it better good luck, you get my full support and sub

I’m gonna be straight with ya I love the fact that you and everyone else that is apart of the team is doing this as I love the art, the colour, and the suiting voices for the characters, even how they act I’m not gonna continue watching probably unless I remember but I’m just one less guy, all my support is to you though, even the original gems a personality’s of them work so well and I just love them even if they haven’t had enough characterization, I know I am in no place to suggest anything and I hope that’s fine but just a small thing that I see many shows do even though it works out most of the time, to much attention to the main character as the main three will get most of the time but every once in a while episodes should give attention to the sides more than the main you know, like if this Lilly character is a side character just give them the spot light doing something with say Jade (as they already have a bit of a liking to each other) hell the song gives a good taste of what you guys have to offer but hey it seems like you guys can stick with what your doing a make it better good luck, you get my full support and sub
