Thank you very much for your kind words
I am new to CNC and love the video has great information thanks🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Glad it was helpful! Thank you very much
Kudos!!! Great, great, great tutorial on tiling. Very easy to follow along and very simply explained. Keep up the great work. Maybe a tutorial on STL loading and carving in the near future.
Thank you so very much
Great information. Thanks for simplifying this information.
You’re very welcome. Thank you!
No matter how many projects I do on the CNC, it seems there is always at least one gotcha that I have to fix mid-job. Glad to see I'm not alone.
lol, yes things happen. Thanks for watching. Hope you were able to learn a little something
obviously a project for an elementary school! I ran a school years ago with the Leader in Me program. It was incredible what our students would accomplish. I'm in a magnet High School now and many of my students were in the LiM school and they are doing so well. I like the signs!
Actually the sentiments are from Stephen Covey's 7 Habits. I taught that course at many companies over the years.
Awesome, I’m glad that you are still teaching. So many young adults are not pursuing education as a field. We need good teachers.
Thanks for the very easy instructions, the signs looked familiar. Took a number of Steven Covy courses over the years. Enjoyed them.
Great job explaining tileing. Continuing to follow your channel. @@PawPawsWorkShop
Thanks for the great tutorial. I would like to know how this sign will be finished. Will this be painted and if so, how would you prepare the foam for paint?
Is be interested in a video about how you finish these does foam signs. Paint, epoxy? Won't paint desolve the foam? Good video
You can paint it with any water based, latex paint or acrylic paint. These will not hurt the foam.
@@PawPawsWorkShop I wish you would have posted a picture or two of the final finished signs. Great video
Great video. I have a question
I see in vcarve you have two tool paths.
I don’t understand how you use the second tool path is programmed to do all the clean up. How did you select what it was to clean up.
Thanks
The software generates two toolpaths. One is a clearing and then the detail pass. When you save the toolpath you will see two different Gcode toolpaths
Is you are using open build is this better then G sender , i see a lot of talk on issues with g sender and looking for some advise
I started with UGS. I used an old version because of various issues that I had read about. I switched to the Openbuilds Controller based on several recommendations. I love it and have no desire to go back to UGS.
@@PawPawsWorkShopAre you still using the demon controller that comes with the C4N?
I’ve had a C4N over two years. Your assembly video sold me on it.
Many long carves later I’m looking to move up in size. Wanting to stick with C4N but unsure of what controller to go with
