    Great reviews - lots of people seem to love this bag as one that can fit a macbook pro 16' laptop. Am now tossing up between this and the bellroy via work bag :)

      I don't think you can go wrong either way. Bellroy also makes wonderful gear.

    can you connect a single strap to the opposite side loop and create a sling type situation? if so, how comfortable is it?

    What are your thoughts about the connection points for the backpack straps? They look like they might snap if you carry a lot of heavy things.

      They *seem* strong enough to handle the load well since they are just at the bottom. If over the next few months anything changes I'll make a post. So far so good!

      It fits a 19" MacBook pro!

    Does the bag stand up on its own with just a laptop inside?

      It does! It takes a little balancing but not too much. My Pete McKinnon camera bag is much better at self standing
