Damn! I agree that I need a fusion of the two: (1) gear organiser bag + (2) everyday/travel bag = (3) everyday/travel bag enhanced for gear/camera inside.
I have bought and sold many sling bags in the past for my travel vacation sightseeing trips. And the two things that I absolutely want and need are the back zipper pocket to keep my passport safely and an external water bottle mesh pocket. A passport is still needed in lot of countries to enter in different tourist attractions, especially when you have pre booked the entrance tickets. The rest I can work with whatever space it has in the middle and front pocket. And another nice to have feature is the slim profile that hugs my body and does not look bulky. And I am still looking for a compact sling bag that has these two features that I can wear all day during my trips. Any suggestions?
hi check out the Inateck EDC sling!!! it has a back zipper pocket and u can carry a water bottle too and its fairly slim! Check out my sponsored promo of it here at around 3:36 mark. ruclips.net/video/gSt2UOTJOjQ/видео.html
Honestly as a light weight edc I either use the vertex pouch or my wotancraft 3. 5L pilot. But still can't find the perfect backpack where I can fit them into. Great comparison btw
I have a Go Sling Nano which I like a lot, I basically use it like a purse and put my small Micro 4/3 camera in there. However I recently got an Ipad Mini and I'm wondering if I could get something that could fit the ipad plus a small-ish camera. I'm leaning towards Go Sling Mini because I actually like fewer pockets and the Vertex seems more like a desk organizer that can also function as a sling whereas the Go Sling Mini is more of a sling first. I guess my question is which would be best for the Ipad mini + smallish camera + single small lens carry? Would also consider Tech Case Max. Thanks for the reviews.
great review, i recently got one of those bellroy sling bags and i kinda like it but its bit scambly inside w/o too much organization, i am currently looking at these bags and the comparison is really helpful on top of the on screen text that pops out (great editing btw!) thank you!!!
Great review of these two bags. I have a question, can the vertex strap be made small enough to wear around your waist? Do you think it would be comfortable to wear as a waist bag? Thanks ✌🏼
depends on your waist size! Im about a 34" ish pant size and yes you can tighten it around my waist. Maybe you could go 2" more and get a 32" at the most
Thank you so much for your response. Walking around all day and night in japan with a crossbody/shoulder bag is tiring. I’m looking for a waist bag to take the weight off my shoulders. My set up for my next trip will be the X-T5 & Voigtlander 18mmf2.8.
i never thought about grab handles before, but after your review, i've notice i that i use and appreciate a good one on my own bags

If to fit into a backpack, wouldn’t tech case max be more suitable in terms of size and design
thanks!
Nice review and video. However, you need to either remove the backgrpund music or lower it down. Thanks

@@gartk69 hmmm i dont think the xt5 will fit in the vertex.
@@DesmondCheng dang it. Ok thanks, I’ll keep looking around ✌🏼
Thanks for the review. The background music is annoying and too loud though :(
sorry about that! ill make sure to adjust my volume!
gosling mini wins for aesthetic. simple and sleeker
great choice!
I'm hesitating between the go sling and go sling mini v2
i have not used the go sling yet so i cant comment on that!
Nice ❤
Sorry but the volume of the music is very distracting
sorry my bad on this one! ill make sure its not as high for the next one!
