Amelia thank you for being so honest and transparent. I had those Rene C. Shoes hanging out in my shopping bag waiting for checkout. The minute I heard you say they’re uncomfortable I removed them. The way I see it, you’ve gone through the discomfort for the both of us… 🤣. Get compression socks and wear them whenever you fly or go on a long road trip- they’re not fashionable but they work. In the US we can get them in any pharmacy or whoever you can buy knee or ankle wraps.

Compression socks!!!! They’re good for circulation in your feet and legs for when you’re sitting for long periods of time (ie. for flights)! You should give them a go 🧦

It’s cool when someone can look so elegant, but totally belly laughs all the time. Love is also a favorite of mine. It’s a bit different now, but it’s still good.

Compression stockings (Sigvaris has toeless ones so your toes won't feel cramped) will aid in circulation from the waist down and also keep you warmer on flights. There are other brands with toeless ones as well.

To combat puffy feet when flying, I wear compression socks. They're the least sexy garment in the whole world, but holy crap do they work! Your outfits were GORGEOUS, Amelia!!

The key to look great is to pick up the right outfit for one’s figure. I believe there is a perfect outfit for ANY figure/ body - you just have to figure out which.

Tips for your feet: You could look for some compression socks to wear while you're traveling! You have pretty cute ones nowadays. You also have some exercises you could do, but walking in compression socks is really good. If you're resting, putting your feet up is also I good idea. Swollen feet is something you will have to take serious for in the long run, I'm a skintherapist (still studying) in the Netherlands, don't think you have those in the UK? But maybe it's something worth checking out, especially because your job requires wearing a lot of high heels. Hope this helps! Loved your outfits on this trip girl, really something special!!

Hi Amelia. Try amazon's medvice hot and cold pack. They come 2 to a pack. Strap them around your feet. Relieves the swelling in an hour or so. They work great. After a long plane trip my feet swell. I couldn't walk if not for these packs. Happy travels.

Spironolactone or Lasix to depuff. I puff up like a water balloon when I fly. Does not matter if I wear compression socks religiously or elevate my legs. It just happens. I just keep some diuretics on hand to depuff.
