EVERYONE!! According to Dominic from IDTS, there is a Nationwide strike going on now in Canada, so please bear with him as he deals with that challenge. ALSO, he told me that he notices that a lot of his email to customers goes to junk, so please check your junk folder. I get nothing for this video by the way, I just think it's a great product and want to thank Dominic for responding to Rob below. Hang in there guys! You too Dominic!
Tony, thank you so much for making and sharing these videos. I have my MPA rifle being delivered soon, and after some practice time i will start shooting in the PRS. I have learned a bunch from watching your videos. You are a natural teacher. Keep making great videos.
Hi RonRoot-d8z! Thanks so much for the kind words and I'm really glad my videos have helped you in some way. Please keep us all up on your PRS progress as you enter competition and remember in the famous words of Phil Dunphy, "Slow is smooth, and smooth is fast"! Thanks for watching my friend!
Consider using different colored markers. Also can use permanent markers when raining. Use small alcohol squares to clean. Don’t leave the marks on after final stage or they are hard to remove
Thanks for another great tips video! I agree that going over some of the useful "small" stuff can make a difference where seconds count (or when having a brain fart at the wrong moment). The other benefit of the tape is high contrast (white background, black lines) really helps, especially if your turret marks are small or super thin and you don't have a turret magnifier mounted to make those marks easily visible. I would think that if you really had to dial up for distance that required 1 or 2 full rotations of the turret, you could use a different color to represent the "rotation", maybe to match the rotation indicator (where some have a pop up nub with a red indicator) and use that same color to indicate that you have to rotate (from zero stop) a full rotation and then stop at the colored line (say red for full rotation, black for less than full rotation - from zero stop). On your outro on your video, you show your tan MDT ACC chassis rifle, what and where did you get the Send-it mount that looks to attach tot he Spuhr scope mount?
Hi Chris! That is a Spuhr mount that you can get from Amazon (they're not cheap, but worth it) or, if you're a PRS member, and even if not, you can go to EuroOptic and they generally have good pricing (PRS members get a pretty good discount though). Thanks for watching another one my friend!
Hey Bimmer! You're leading into the next video...diy weights for the SP10 or any other AR, or even bolt gun. The weights you see on the outside are also on the inside of the rail and are from Amazon amzn.to/3BjMG5f and it works great! I just drilled a few holes, counter sunk and then used some M-Lok nuts/bolts. Painted with some Krylon oil rubbed bronze spray paint amzn.to/4f8fjjR which works great as well, and good to go. Took about 45 minutes total time, the 4 weights added 3lbs to the forend, and saved me at least $150 in weight kits. Video will drop soon. Hope this helps and thanks for watching my friend!
@The4GunGuy thank you for the info. I have been doing something similar with scrap stainless steel bars as well making my own weights. Youre right its much cheaper than buying them. But I might need to look into brass or even copper.
Hi Ben! Man, sorry to hear that. I've always gotten what I ordered, but companies screw up sometimes. What did you go with? Thanks for watching my friend!
I actually just ordered through another shooter and he got them literally a week later. I ordered back in August with repeated contacts letting them I know I hadn't received them and then he stopped responding. I'll just order through others from now on.
So far, IDTS is unreliable. I ordered several weeks ago and can't get a response after several inquiries. I'm no trying to trash them. Just being honest. (Update: See below...Dominic did indeed explain that the nationwide strike in Canada is impacting shipping. Clearly not his fault and looking forward to getting my order soon)
Hi Rob! Wow, that's interesting, Ben said the same below. I just ordered from them and received it within 10 days, which has been par for delivery from them in the past. Hope they straighten it out for you and thanks for watching my friend!
Hi Rob, this is Dominic from IDTS, might want to check your junkmail because I do my best to reply to every email. To answer wy you haven't received your tapes is because Canada post is curently on a nationwide strike (since November 15) and I don't have any other options to ship envelopes at the moment

Hi David! Excellent points and thanks for watching my friend!
The turret tape has been a big help! What has REALLY helped me is the scope magnifier. Lol. Thanks for the review.
Ha! Yeah, that magnifier has really helped me too. Thanks for watching another Oscar!

What weights are you running on that seekins precision rail? Specifically speaking on the angled part of the rail.

@@BimmerDudeXi I like brass because it's much easier to work with (filing, drilling, etc...) and is heavier than SS.
I do love these but repeated attempts at actually receiving what I paid for have failed and I had to go a different route.
