- This is a Chinese atv that I put my own engine on. I got the frame for $10, the engine for $99, and the torque converter for $60.

I recently moved and found an abandoned 110cc ATV frame that reminds me of this one; you just gave me confidence that a 212 can be slapped in there no problem!

Looks really nice. Way nicer then mine I actually purchased one of these 110 tatao frames with the predator 212 already installed without the torque converter and iv hit 48mph on mine clocked with the app is well. And I'm 6foot 195. I call it the death machine and my girl hates it. Scary speedwobbles. But I gotta give it to ya it's super clean and I like the exhaust I'm just using the predator exhaust so I gotta admit I'm kinda jealous.

I actually paid 190$ its pretty ugly and the tires are practically slick but it flies and had plenty of low end torque. Il see If I can take some pics for you. By the way mad props on doing the work yourself I'm really impressed

@@everythingwithwheels4614 lol shoulda sold it for atleast $500 all that custom work , not everyone can do it , and a brand new 49cc mini atv is $500 so a clean homemade one like yours is worth more .

I am putting a 9 hp snowblower engine on one it is so big that I had to cut and increase the hight of the frame to make it fit.

What size chain and sprocket 40 pitch?
I used the original chain and rear sprocket!
Does it feel like it has more power? The chinese atv's claim 6.7hp and the predator claims 6.5. plus, you'd lose a little more through the new cvt system. Just wondering
I have to be honest I have never tried one with a semi auto engine like those!
How u get old sprocket from four wheeler to fit the 3/4 bore
juanez6280 well there is a torque converter on the engine and when I ordered my torque converter it came with a 420 size chain sprocket and the rear sprocket on the atv was I think 40 chain and thoes two sizes are compatible so I just used the chain that was on the atv didn't even cut it or anything.

Yes! I think a centrifugal clutch would work just fine!
