It comes with an instruction manual for a reason. Your not suppossed to use it until you clean out the entire machine first by running vinegar water solution through it. The charcoal filter should not go into the machine without first soaking in first by the instructions. You poured the water on the wrong side of the machine. 💩🤦‍♀️

She was not helpful! Kept saying “I think” their is a manual, however I am having problems understanding how to set the timer, so the heated plate does not shut off so quickly! Can’t figure it out & manual does not make it clear on how to do!
