    Think I'm going to make this on the chargriller this weekend! Throw it on early so we can have a snack during the day while the prime rib smokes! Great looking recipe!

      Honestly you could use a handful of things and it would still be great! Regular ground beef, chorizo, ground pork sausage, etc.

    What I like about your recipe is there appears to be no sugar at all. For us keto folks, we can combine this with our keto friendly tortilla chips!

      Besides the vegetables there should be very little carbs in this recipe!

    I had to go back to the beginning of the video to see what kind of taco season you had. Yup you're next in line at meijer. Is that seasoning over salty like the other brands? Just curious. I usually mix my own but sometimes it's just easier to get premix. I live in the Grand Rapids area by the way so I know meijer very well.

      I purposely got the less sodium version and it worked well with this recipe. They just put Meijer’s in our area within the last year, and we love it!

    smoked Gouda cheese, is not a good melting cheese tends to make the dip to thick. i thin it down with sour cream , great looking dip nice job.

    I've seen a few guys make this and no one smokes the meat beforehand any reason not to.
