Love your travel vlog in Timor Leste it is so detailed. Anyway I was in Timor Leste it is my second home before. People are very kind and respectful. I have friends there that I felt they're a family to me. I miss to run in Cristo Rei, their beautiful white beach, to ride in a microlet, to go to Motael Church since I live so near a walking distance actually from the back of Chinese Embassy, their spicy food and coffee. Viva Timor Leste can't wait to go back there when covid is gone. Hau hadome Timor Leste. I want to visit Jaco Island 😍😍😍

Nah i doubt it. Oil money will dried out in 2022. Petroleum fund will dry out in 2027. Not until timor leste builds manufactures, agricultural and tourism sector and not wasting too much time energy and money on something as ridiculous as Tasi Mane project nothing will ever change. For advice when you come to institutions places like embassy, government institution, and many others places that official in Timor Leste, you must use a formal uniforms, Because they like people who follow all procedures and regulations and to look more polite and tidy, that's why they forbid people who enter official institutions from wearing informal clothes, thats why they considered its disrespectful.

I doubt it. It has no rich culture as balinese, fertile soil for beautiful rice paddies, surfer beaches etc. It has no unique animal such as labuan bajo. Timor leste can only attracts tourists if they can lower cost of living and stop using U.S dollars.

Nothing much to do in TL isnt it?? I think part of the problem with the lack of development in TL since independence 2 decades ago is that the country is still using USD that makes it expensive for investor to put their money into the country. Imagine if you planning to build a beach resort in TL, you have to buy material in USD, you have to pay the local workers in USD now compare it if you build in Indonesia (Bali or Lombok instead) you pay materials in IDR, you pay the local workers in IDR. I think establishing their own currency should be TL top priority.
probably they don't care about their own currency. too many debts to so many countries that invest in there. they had as currency also the Chinese Yuan in the past. now the Dollar... who knows what is coming next

Nah i doubt it. Oil money will dried out in 2022. Petroleum fund will dry out in 2027. Not until timor leste builds manufactures, agricultural and tourism sector and not wasting too much time energy and money on something as ridiculous as Tasi Mane project nothing will ever change. It wil even get worsen. Like other newly independent country their current leaders are only good at waging guerilla war but has no skill in managing a country.

1. Mereka akan disubsidi oleh pemerintah pusat melalui Dana Alokasi Umum dan Alokasi Khusus. Setiap desa di sana mendapat dana desa. Warganya mendapat jaminan kesehatan dan pendidikan melalui Kartu Indonesia Sehat. Kartu Indonesia Pintar dan Kartu Keluarga Sejahtera. Yang nganggur bisa dapat kartu prakerja. Indonesia menerapkan subsidi silang propinsi kaya membantu propinsi miskin dan orang kaya mensubsidi orang miskin melalui pajak dan bpjs.
2. Mereka tidak perlu buang2 duit untuk membayar gaji militer, beli perlengkapan militer, gaji pegawai negeri dan biaya perwakilan luar negeri. Ini merupakan tanggungan pusat.
3. Mereka bisa kuliah dimana saja di Indonesia. Universitas mereka akan mendapat dosen terbaik dari wilayah lain. Rumah sakit mereka akan dibangun sesuai standar indonesia tidak perlu berobat jauh2 ke kupang.
3. Bandara mereka akan distandarkan dengan indonesia dan akan punya penerbangan lebih banyak.
4. Sarjana mereka tidak perlu jadi pemetik buah di australia. Mereka bisa magang dan bekerja di seluruh perusahaan2 yang ada di indonesia baik nasional maupun asing.
5. Investasi nasional dan asing akan masuk secara masif dan akan menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan disana.
6. Turis indonesia akan ramai masuk ke sana termasuk turis asing. Karena otomatis masuk dalam paket wisata indonesia.
7. Kebutuhan pokok akan murah karena akan masuk dalam jalur distribusi tol laut indonesia. BBM tidak perlu diselundupkan lagi karena akan semurah di indo.
8. Pertanian akan maju karena indonesia memilki kemampuan dan pengalaman dalam membangun bendungan dan irigasi.
9. Infrastruktur jalan bendungan bandara pelabuhan pembangkit listrik aank dibangun oleh pemerintah pusat.
10. Mereka bisa bersatu lagi dengan keluarga mereka di NTT. Bisa tinggal di mana saja dan bekerja di mana saja di seluruh indonesia. Kalau ada bencana seluruh warga indonesia dari sabang sampai merauke kaan membantu melalui donasi dan pajak.
11. Artis dan youtuber mereka bisa lebih dapat anbyak viewers dan otomatis duit.
12. mereka akan disegani di asean karena bagian dari indonesia.

For advice when you come to institutions places like embassy, government institution, and many others places that official in Timor Leste, you must use a formal uniforms, Because they like people who follow all procedures and regulations and to look more polite and tidy, that's why they forbid people who enter official institutions from wearing informal clothes, thats why they considered its disrespectful.

I doubt it. It has no rich culture as balinese, fertile soil for beautiful rice paddies, surfer beaches etc. It has no unique animal such as labuan bajo. Timor leste can only attracts tourists if they can lower cost of living and stop using U.S dollars.

Nothing much to do in TL isnt it?? I think part of the problem with the lack of development in TL since independence 2 decades ago is that the country is still using USD that makes it expensive for investor to put their money into the country. Imagine if you planning to build a beach resort in TL, you have to buy material in USD, you have to pay the local workers in USD now compare it if you build in Indonesia (Bali or Lombok instead) you pay materials in IDR, you pay the local workers in IDR. I think establishing their own currency should be TL top priority.
probably they don't care about their own currency. too many debts to so many countries that invest in there. they had as currency also the Chinese Yuan in the past. now the Dollar... who knows what is coming next
