Don't get me wrong. I'm crazy about Matt's channel. Roy's channel and Paul's channel.. but you and the boss. and Hillbilly. Just make this the best channel ever. And thanks for all you do, my friend. Nothing decent to watch on TV anymore. Thanks for putting out those videos. Gives me something to do. Thanks again.
Don't forget the little boss with her jokes.
Totally agree. All I watch is RUclips from mechanical for enjoyment to recipe for my meal at night
Robbie, I'm the part of the internet that doesn't care if you cut up that grill! Just keep doing what you do. I like how that bumper is looking!!
Well said , He makes it we watch it
Recovering from surgery and not feeling well. Then the best thing today, a new Robby Layton video!!!! Awesome!!
And it's his was a good one that releaved pain , not made it worse. Lol
Hang in there! After 9 orthopedic surgeries and dozens of broken bones, I feel your pain. Try to stay positive on your road to recovery and good luck!
Robby, you're an artist! Being able to make that mangled fender look new again just blows my mind...also, the design and bending of that fairlead mount was pretty impressive. Great video!
Robby check out swag off-road for your press brake. It fits into your harbor freight press
I seen the wrecker in action on Owen's channel. Good job, but it really needs lockers. Good to see you do some bodywork. That's where you truly shine.
Definitely liked the old school bumper on the wrecker. I'd honestly add a brush guard around the headlights and corners of the front since you guys do a lot of off road recoveries in the woods.
It's nice to see you do repairs the right way. I've never been afraid of a hammer and dolly either.
Hey Robby, you can make press brake dies that work on your press. You essentially make 2 “v” that fit into each other then bolt them to the press.
As Hillbilly was trying to tell him.😅
Beat me to the punch....use what you have, hydraulic press
You forgot that Robby have a tool problem, he wants at least one of everything. Just like Jay Leno and cars and bikes.
I came here to say this too!
And to see the MoClamps in action!
even without a brake, you could have bent that a bit easier. Heat??? three little spots. But it turned out ok. Keep on truckin
Being honest, those little project like the fender on the tractor are fun to watch. Something a common watcher may need to do on a home project.
What you did to that tractor was nothing short of amazing!!!
The bumper is looking good! Robby you are a professional who knows his craft! Your body work is what everyone wants in an accident and wants it fixed like it came from the factory. Til next time, take care, and we'll see you on the next. 😊
SWAG Offroad for your small brake needs!
I actually really enjoyed the entire process of fixing the tractor fender. That’s a good example of something an average do-it-yourself-er could try to fix at home. I wouldn’t wanna attempt to fix a nice muscle car or a G-Wagon like you professionals, but id try a tractor fender, so watching the process for a repair like that is actually interesting and very helpful to me. I’d love to see more body fixes like that, where the end result doesn’t need to be perfect. It’d be awesome if you did a project where you teach how to do body work and paint on something at home that an average person can do. Like don’t use your best tools or your paint booth, just use stuff that most people can get or can afford. Keep makin the awesome videos though, love watchin you guys and appreciate the long hours and long videos you’ve been puttin out
I'm impressed how well robbie has adopted the ford being the chevy guy he is
swag offroad press brake! When you’re at it send me one too please!
I’ll take on too while you’re at it!
In all honesty you should use your OnX elite membership and buy a Warn front winch bumper for a ‘17 Superduty. They look sick on an OBS. 😬
The more I watch your videos, the more I like them. You have your moment of fun and then you switch almost instantly to teacher mode, and you are so good at that. You manage to explain things in a manner which is both interesting without becoming boring to the more experienced, an incredibly difficult balance to achieve.
On a slightly different angle. Have you ever tried lead filling? That would make an interesting presentation.
I could watch Robby videos daily. Always look forward to his new drops. 💙💛💙
Harbor Freight sells a 30 inch brake roller combo, so does Grizzly and Certiflat sells a small DIY that you weld together and add a bottle jack. Eastwood sells one that you use with your shop press.
That tractor is going to look as good as new . . . Oh, it is new!
It is great to see someone do body work .I'm 79 my Dad and I did body work back in the 50s good job 👍
Fred’s looking awesome, keep doing what you’re doing we love it !
Thanks. Like watching a skilled sculptor or artist engaged in rendering a private creation that comes from the heart.
You say that your not that good with the plasma table but you do awesome work with it and have impressed me with the work you have done on it over the last 6 or 7 months that i have been subbed to you.
Also I seen the video from Owen Barlow (it came up in my feed due to your name in title) where you used King Fred to recover that rolled over crawler for that guy and I think you should do a video Collab with that Owen Barlow where you show him how to use a body puller to help straighten some of the bad parts of that crawler.
Videos where you show how to do body work are some of my favourite 👍
Tools I need for Auto body repair: EVERYTHING.
Enjoy the detailed filming. So many sites fast forward through interesting procedures
Time will come. Thanks again for sharing 😊
Thanks for making
Good variety here. Fab and body work. Nice.
Nice Video ! Thanks for sharing !
You guys are like the A-TEAM, I love it when a plan comes together. Nice bumper
Thanks for sharing 👍😀
GOOD JOB!
That's a lot of work for a tractor! It must be a show tractor 😀 With as much cutting of the wrecker bumper, you might as well have started off from scratch 😀 Thanks Brothers for sharing! Take care! Eddie
Awesome work!!
I really enjoyed the tractor body work. Also, you do so much more than others realize when fixing cars, Yo have to know so much extra and pull motors and put everything back. We the customer think you just pull parts off and fix, repaint, but that other stuff we seem to forget. Awesome job!
Looking Great 🎉 You are doing quality work
These have to be the most entertaining body work tutorials available..... great show guys...
Great work on the bumper
Good stuff today. Thanks
You guys are my favorite tools, 😂😅😊
Thanks for sharing ❤
Great Job 👍❤. Can't wait to see what else you are going to do with King Fred. One ton wrecker look so nice 😅. And like the testing of things it's helps us out greatly. 😊 Thank You 😊
Fred's front is starting to come together nicely and nice job on the tractor. Thanks guys.
Omg , the them orange tractor wheels would be awesome on the treker....
you got Madd Skills bro...can't wait to see what you do to that 57!! Thank you for sharing...
That works, have a good day and count your blessings amen.
This channel just gets better and better. Keep up the great work! 🤘👍💪
That was simply amazing 🤩 content. Thanks for sharing 😊.
Excellent work guys! Looks awesome.
Liking the new sleeker front bumper! I'm sure better for off-road use. So much cool fabrication on King Fred! Maybe your channel should be "Robby Layton Fabrication Nation." 😁
You got me 😊 I no sooner finished typing and Hillbilly said it outloud...Use that press in the background as your press brake.
Curious Mo-Clamp test; stuff used in the hidden world of metal manipulation.
Might be interesting to see some of the tools in that kit demonstrated. Like what situation the corner tools would be considered for frame work.
Ignore the haters: this bumper echoes the design cues of the front of the truck. Very cool!
Robbie, you are a brilliant tradesman. Great video
Really enjoyed the body work.
Love your metal fender work video, old school style. Great job Robby and Hillbilly 🤙😎
The bumper is looking very good Robby Nice job on the tractor Guys
Great video and I replaced the grill on my 96 f250 with a tube grill after a deer strike and stay safe and God bless from GA
I usually click on Fabrats videos first then Matts of road (depending on their content ill finish the video) and Robby's, but today Its Robby's first because I see wrecker content.
Very good stuff. Keep it up
Love your show ,so cool!
I will tell you what If I needed for work to be done on my cars it would be you Robby Layton. You are a Artist !😊
Nice job on the bumper!! It's looking a lot more "modern"!!!
Awesome video Guys
Good job 😊
The tow truck grille and bumper mods look awesome. That winch fits like a glove. Can't wait to see what else you are planning for the bumper. Nice work on the Kubota. Hopefully, the shipper foots the bill for the repairs so the dealer doesn't have to eat it.
Thanks for another nice video without scripted plugs! Earned a like and a comment from me!
The body work on the tractor was interesting!
Awesome video
Appreciate the shot of the Wonderbread car in the background.
Metals easier to shape when its hot.
Great vid thank you
Welding trick, those cotton cowboy gloves. Wear them inside your welding gloves for insulation to protect your hands from the burning heat.
I don't know why a painter gets powder coating done? That stuff is soft for two to three years, flaking or scraping off pretty easy in those preceding years while its fitted. It doesn't "fall off", that's not what i'm meaning. Anyway. You do the steadiest straightest cuts freehand with a plasma that I ever have seen Robbie.
Robby, you leave that emblem and grill alone. Chevy guy here and props must sometimes, and only sometimes be given. She's (the truck) earned it at her age.
Tell all those haters to pound sand. Work horses live up to the standards.
I like all the videos you post the bumper on the Ford cutting it and putting the winch in looks good 👍
Great video
As you were talking about needing a press break we could see your hyd press behind you, you just need some big v blocks of different angles.
I bet with some scrap metal and a bottle jack, you could build your own press brake! My ex brother in law and I built a roll around portable frame straightener out of an old engine hoist! Worked great for back in the 70s!!
I would like to see king fred get painted! You guys are inspiring! good work
Nice job on the tractor.
This project is coming along very well there. Can't wait to see more updates an projects and many more videos soon my friends. Keep up the great craftsmanship and hard work my friends. Fab On. Weld On. Keep Making. God bless.
Thank you!
SWAG off road makes a press and a finger press that fits the HF press you had right behind you when you said that. I like mine. Actually used it to make my winch bumper as well.
I look forward to this build each week
Robby has a steady hand with that plasma torch, my cuts look like I'm drunk if I free-hand it. 😂
Expertly tacked in place
15:25 Just for the record :) ... the "Mo-Clamp Deep Hook" is Forged out of Alloy Steel for maximum strength and durability!
I'm so impressed with Robby's panel beating skills. He made it look easy but it really isn't.
Stunned
Swag offroad for the press break. 19 inch and works with harbor freight press. I switched my jack on press to a hf pneumatic jack. This set-up works great.
Once again I say, Boss, your camera work is soooo good!
Good to see you working on a wrecker for the wrecker games?
And for recoveries.❤
The old grill looks GREAT .. I would have notched it the same myself! :)
Oh you're getting straight lines mit a straight edge? What a shocking surprise! 😁😁😜😜🤘🤘
You should put a Quick Disconnect for Jumper Cables…?
Love the Old to New Projects…😎👍✅
Man you are really quite good free hand with that plasma cutter ❤
Smooooth.
You do great body work 😊
U have a press break right behind you. Your harbor freight press build some removable brackets to put on it and BAM press break!
Great video guys
