    THE CURE at their absolute highest glorious peak; Boris was so solid and tight.... good times

      They had been upgraded by musical and aesthetical in my thought, enen after Porl and Boris had leaved.

      @@user-dl5mr9dg7q They play to a click now, them make them more tight, but i still prefer old Cure, they used to play by feel ; now you see the same exact music all the time (same tempo) ( i saw them 4 times last year) , still love the band, i just like 80s and early 90s more

    Boris y Porl ImI quienes daban magia y empuje a la banda. Ya no queda ni la sombra de ello, cuanta falta hacen.

    I was there, first time I saw them. Couldn't believe how good they were and how much their fans loved them. Great weekend.

    Definitive version of Disintegration. The energy it gives off is amazing. It’s just so watered down and slow live these days. Still a great live performance today but never will be the same

      @ukrleaf 5 лет назад +3

      Huh, I actually dislike live renditions of Disintegration of that period. Too fast, it should not be like that

      @@ukrleaf yess i agree. i feel like they've developed it as they play it more, it has more depth and they channel the angst and broken feeling so accurately. in the fast versions he doesn't have enough time between vocals to focus on singing them well

    It´s awesome to listen to Boris Williams after almost 30 years, since he left The Cure. He´s definetely the drummer.

    The sound is perfect, guitars in the background, bass up front, understated drums, voice as ever, low-key keyboards

      Without Porl and Boris this band has been a shell of what it used to be... They never recovered from the loss

    Awesome. Never got to see them until 2007 live, so earlier shows are cool to see. Enjoyed it. Thanks for posting!

      Also, agree that Boris was spot on terrific and love Porl's playing as well. Always good to see and hear them perform with Robert.

    El gran sonido Cure, con el gran único y genial guitarrista Porl Thompson, esos tiempos era un sonido místico, Boris Williams maestro, que regresen a la banda, hoy no existe esa mística Cure
