I hope you have loads of wonderful adventures in Albania and all over Europe! So brave of you to just pack your bags and move to such a foreign country, i hope you love every moment. =)
Vinny P i’m doing the best i can! through videos and photos i’m trying to show how incredible Albania is, but also show some of the downsides of living here. thanks for watching and commenting!
OMG you moved there for good ? Awesome I will be visiting Kosovo ( Prizren ) this summer and hope to visit Albania too, but I still hope one day I will have the nerve to just move there for good. Best regards from Knoxville-TN
yup! moved here for good (for now)! i appreciate you watching and commenting! Knoxville?? my sister lives there, and i went to school in Chattanooga. small world ☺️
I’m Albanian and live in the US, and my American friend is moving to Europe for a year and then Asia ( this isn’t really relevant info lol ) and one of the stops will be Albania for 6 weeks. He asked me about Albanian lifestyle, where to stay, what to see, foods to try and so on. I’ve been helping him picking Airbnb’s and making lists of the best things to experience during his short stay, and I’ve used RUclips videos to show him places like “ah yes, see this vlog here is at the place I told you about” and somehow RUclips algorithm suggested one of your vids... long story short: I watched a few more of your vids and am now subscribed... you’re a cool story teller ... keep up the good work 🤩 🙏🏻 I’m looking forward to more videos 🙃 P.s: it’s also interesting seeing how other people view your country... haha... I miss home 😣 keep showing more adventures soon 🤓
Albania is beautiful and not spoiled like Europe and the west , starting with food like bs McDonald and fast food. The Beaches are amazing and overall life there is very beautiful !! Have a nice time mate ...
Cough cough, because the oily fast foods loaded with fried potatoes is any better...look at the death rate and the average age of those dying and then come back and tell us again how bio your food is
I’m born and raised in NYC,42 years old first generation Albanian and this video right here makes me happy to see non Albanians moving to Albania. I hope to do the same soon. Enjoy the motherland 🇦🇱

If you have some questions about religion, there is one guy, who is the wisest guy in the region, his name is ahmed kalaja, mosque ahmetdino hoxha, in city of Tirana
What city in Albania? You mentioned working for the university but I assume it’s not the Tirana university since it looked like you’re living on lake ohrid
It seems like you change time zones fairly frequently. How long does it take you to adjust to the big differences like this last move? Also not gonna lie, I am super jealous of that lake view 😍
Bentleigh P I have for a while, but that’ll slow down over here in Europe since it’s all mostly the same time zone. Honestly, I rarely feel the difference, and when i do it’s just getting tired and going to bed a little early (which i always welcome). Usually takes a day or two for me to get adjusted. This difference was only 6 hours and that’s about what it took. Side note - i appreciate you watching my videos. And ESPECIALLY appreciate the commenting. Believe it or not, it’s helps me with the algorithm.

to answer your question though; i've never had problems with anything, except maybe some dogs in the mountains. Part of it is that I'm big and im a man, but i think part of it is also just that albania is relatively safe. As long as you aren't putting yourself in bad situations and pay attention to your surroundings (as much as you would anywhere) then you'll be fine!
nope! it's a beautiful country and i wanted to spend more time here! also, i wanted to be able to explore europe easier and have somewhere cheap to live.
