I’ve watched Peter for years since he started, so I know he made his own airplane and he has played with fire, and all of these times is the top priority was safety. I’m not saying that I know he did get a ATF tax stamp, but I would say for a long time watcher of Peter, that he most likely got the tax stamp.

The explosion almost looks like the activation of a flight termination system. You were originally targeting a suborbital launch, but an engine failure a couple seconds into flight had the rocket falling back to earth, so the flight termination system was activated to ensure it wouldn't destroy any important GSE structures.
it reminds me of anti-infantry rockets that explode midair and shoot shrapnel down.

I love missile fireworks, although huge ones a harder to find since the 90's. They fly so unpredictably though, I almost burned down my neighbors garage with one that went rogue last year!

Re: your first minutes showing unstable rockets, that's exactly why the better rockets (like Estes) have tubes attached to them that follow a metal rod as they take off, allowing them to get fast enough for the fins to become "effective".

No styrofoam isn't biodegradable or necessary for the environment, Styrofoam is non-biodegradable and non-recyclable. According to Washington University, Styrofoam takes 500 years to decompose; it cannot be recycled, so the Styrofoam cups dumped in landfills are there to stay

Next you should do something similar to the space shuttle. A rocket that blasts off into the air that is able to be jettisoned off the underside of a controllable glider mid air. You could add a tracker to both so you don't power anything. I would love to see that as a video.🎉🎉

During WW2, when Oppenheimer (atomic bomb inventor) created the atomic bomb, he needed a way to slow the fall so the plane dropping the bomb could manage to escape the mushroom cloud. So he used a parachute to slow it. Therefore, you literally redid a portion of an atomic bomb.
