Oh how I miss all those wonderful, useful, and educational sermons that I heard in the past. And I like many others wish we had not lost him. I’m sure he had many many more sermons to share with God’s people and the world.
As a teenager I used to have a crystal set which I would take to bed and wait till about 1am for Garner Ted Armstrong or Herbert W Armstrong ( I preferred Garner) to come on. I think it was a 1 hour radio show. When I awoke at around 7am often the crystal sets ear bud wires would be wrapped around my neck. It's a wonder I didn't choke. What isn't a wonder is why my grades fell. I was getting only 5 hours of sleep a night.
If your grades fell in a school which taught "Evil"lution, or that men can marry men, or that it's evil to say boy or girl, or that your ancestors were apes, it doesn't matter that your grades fell.

And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.”
