The boy was a Shadow the hedgehog (05) reference. He was on the ark too. And I love the caring friendship between Shadow and Maria. Plus, the part where it zooms on his eyes, it looks like he wants to cry but he can’t…

Interesting thing about the past commander being called "Abe". In the post reboot era of Archie Sonic, he was given the name "Abraham Towers". Ian Flynn said he didn't exactly plan for the commander from Shadow's game to be drawn there. Flynn was certain he wouldn't be able to use that on account of it being Archie, but it's looking like it is possible.
It's legitimately weird that he keeps making it weird.
God forbid a young girl show any sort of physical affection to someone who's basically her younger brother (WHO IS ALSO A CHILD) while he's going through a tough time.
He's telling the child not to show any physical affection for Shadow, as if he's trying to imply that Shadow is an adult, so it's inappropriate, when he's not, and it isn't.
Shadows VA absolutely locked the fudge in for this, he's got so good as the voice lately

It makes me happy seeing casuals who probably haven't seen Sonic in a while find enjoyment from modern Sonic content, ever since Frontiers, we've been so back, and I couldn't be any happier 😊
Obviously it’s a good thing that Sonic has become even more mainstream than he already was.
But the problem is having to explain 30+ years of history and lore about a franchise that has a very confusing timeline to all the newer/casual fans. 😂

@@maurymedia1377 Dude that Reggie guy is going on a lot of comments and starting arguments about things like shadows age rouges age and stuff like that so I think they might be the casual and don’t understand what a casual actually is.
Also their RUclips channel was only made 3 years ago so unless they for some reason made a new one they are obviously new to the internet/youtube possibly and therefore probably only got into sonic because of the movies. They’re also not responding to any reply’s it seems.
So they are possibly rage baiting.

We do have them also saying Dark Beginnings was a bit cut-up for an extended cut in the PS5 version (which I don't know why they decided that as a version incentive, that thing is going to get uploaded to RUclips so quickly and defeat the entire point of its exclusivity).

Honestly with all the stuff going on with Sony I wouldn’t be surprised if they spent a lot of money to get those scenes exclusively on PS.

What’s even funnier is usually sega doesn’t copyright claim sonic related content so Sony might not even be able to stop people from uploading those scenes to RUclips.
Basically Sony is so desperate for people to buy ps5’s that they are practically wasting money on exclusivity stuff.
In hopes that people will buy an entire console just to play one specific game or access content that’s specifically on that console.
I bet they’ll try the same thing with gta 6 and do something like *oh hey guys if you get the ps5 version you get an exclusive in game t shirt* or something like that which no one will really care about.😂

Don't know much about the different Rouge Voice actress'. but I think this one sounds perfect. The one of Sonix X for example was to on the nose for my taste. This one sounds a lot more natural.

Cy Yu that's OG Aigis voicing Rouge lol. Also, Karen Strassman was Kallen Kozuki in Code Geass and Nanako Dojima in Persona 4.
She's also Anna in Fire Emblem since Awakening.

@@reggielacey2235 You realise that rouge is actually 18 right but was originally 19 I think and most people still think of her as having a deeper voice like she had before generations. Plus just because someone is young doesn’t mean they can’t have a deeper voice there’s literally 12-14 year olds nowadays that have deeper voices than most adults.
Also in general a cute girly voice just doesn’t suit her because she’s supposed to be classy character that uses her womanly charms to get what she wants. Not a cute anime girl.
Plus do you really think they’d intentionally make rouge wear something like the outfit she has if she was 17.

Why is Shadow a hedgehog if both parents aren't actually hedgehogs.
Because shadow was made in sonics image specifically his super form.
Because there was a mural that existed before sonic was born that showed a prophecy that a hedgehog would defeat a great evil.
So Gerald robotnik made shadow look like a hedgehog on purpose.

I assume he made shadow look like a “normal” hedgehog rather than a mutated creature so he wouldn’t look scary.
Also mobius technically doesn’t exist because it got confirmed a while ago that both the animal characters and the humans both live on earth.
It’s just that the humans live on the mainland and the animals live on the continents/islands.
The reason shadow was made with alien dna was because Gerald wanted to find a cure for Maria and because he possibly couldn’t find a cure on earth. So he tried to create a life form using alien dna that he could use the blood from to create a cure.
That’s basically shadow’s original purpose he was made primarily to have the ultimate dna and be immune to everything so his blood could be used to save Maria.
Also I don’t think Gerald used his dna for shadow I’m pretty sure it was just the alien dna used to create shadow but there most likely was hedgehog dna mixed in there as well to make him look like a hedgehog.
And before you probably ask again why doesn’t shadow look like a black arms alien that’s called bio engineering.
For example why do you think the bio lizard and shadow don’t look the same even though they share dna.
