I could agree that it was deliberate if he did this more than once, but as we can see it happened no more than once. I dance Latin dance and I can confirm that Leeteuk didn't do anything wrong. It is normal for guys to place the hand on their partner's hips or waist. The guy supposed to "lead" the dance while the female supposed to "follow". Some guy may choose to lead by guiding the arm like Siwon does but it is still easier to read the "lead" if the guy place the hand on the hips if it involves waist and hips movement.

For one, to say "he harassed a minor" makes it seem like he did this to her while she was underage and he was not. A quick Google search shows that he is, in fact, a year YOUNGER than Chaeryoung; so if you mention her being a minor, mention that for him, too. Secondly, you can log onto any social media app right now and find people posting about their attraction to an idol. Many fans do so and even call themselves a "hard stan." Irene is known for not shying from showing her discomfort when around male idols. Siwon is usually the one to tone down performances like this so it is understandable he changed the choreo. And we don't even know if Irene was aware of the issue reveluvs blew out of proportions in the first place, she isn't obligated to release a statement over this, it was SM's job (at which they failed spectacularly as usual)

When the leader of Super Junior is only following his song choreography and the fans of Irene are over dramatic is one of the idiotic controversial that i've ever seen. As a carat, When i heard that controversy ( i forgot the year) i was curious of this issue because its spreading all over on twitter. so i searched the video to find out if its true then i found out that those accusation against to that leader of super junior are very dramatic and exagerrated. i almost believe in that rumor if i didn't see the video. i compared it to the original which is kard then realizing the step is more close up body interaction of him and other member of kard than irene and himself and yet the fans of irene are overreacted.

I've never heard of YOUNITE but honestly, I think that was blown out of proportion. First, I do think the image is real and not an edit. However, I don't think he made it with malicious intent. For one, to say "he harassed a minor" makes it seem like he did this to her while she was underage and he was not. A quick Google search shows that he is, in fact, a year YOUNGER than Chaeryoung; so if you mention her being a minor, mention that for him, too. Secondly, you can log onto any social media app right now and find people posting about their attraction to an idol. Many fans do so and even call themselves a "hard stan." Should he have posted a picture of her sitting on his face with the caption "Kimochi" ? No. But let's not villainize him for being a fan that's attracted to an idol unless you plan to do the same for everyone else. There isnt practice footage, i think she only did the dance a few times with him, since she is covering for the original singer (Leslie Grace. There is no dance practice because SuJu almost never do dance practices, they are too chaotic).
