5 ingredients seems a bit vague. What counts as an ingredient? Pasta can be made out of egg and flour, is that 2 ingredients? Bread? What about cooking oil or sauces? I get that we want to minimize processed foods, but why not just make that the main point and use something like a healthy plate diagram that most countries put out for nutrition guidance?
Good question. Yes, we're counting actual ingredients here - so pasta would be counted as 2 ingredients with egg and flour. This is just one way to simplify meals and emphasize quality ingredients. A diagram could work for some.

Just carry a little extra weight so you can make gains and avoid injury and feeling like sh*t. Those super big-super lean dudes are chemically enhanced. It's their job to look like that, and they still don't* maintain it full time.

Still didn't make me way to do it as I was stronger and also have good muscle endurance and knew it was all me!! I went veggie 10 years ago now vegan , basically love animals too much !! And should did it long long ago!!And I lost no muscle and actually look bigger as carry way less body fat! But yeah all these actors are on riods for these moviesyiu simply can't be that size on with cut in few months Being in great shape is Alice time ever ending story and most of us are ok with that the Stroud guys is the short game,I train for life!! It’s so disingenuous to put Hemsworth and Cavill on your thumbnail and not have one mention of the PEDs they use to attain their physique. Pretending the bodies we see in movies are on Instagram are natural made is what gives people body dysmorphia. Will people attain a lean healthy physique following the steps? Absolutely… But then, comparing to these two guys who play superheroes will only leave people disappointed.
