Wow, didn't expect something like this to happen! Good thing you put that gas detector in place! (& made sure it worked the other day for that matter) This is a good example of what a properly installed, programmed, & maintained life safety system can do when an incident occurs.
You never expect something to actually happen when you install life safety detectors, but it’s always relieving to see how well they work when you need them to. I do have smoke/co alarms, but I feel more compelled to install a gas detector now lol
You Should have a Automatic Gas Shutoff Valve for Gas Leaks and CO, it will work similarly to the Automatic Water Shutoff Valve but it will make sure the Gas Leak doesn't spead around the house and control the situation when no one is home
That's friggin scary. Few weeks ago we had a house in Pottstown PA (bout 45 minutes from me) explode from a gas leak and there was like nothing left of the place and adjacent homes got damaged too. Sadly 5 people died in the explosion. My friend was just a few blocks away in Douglasville and he said he could feel the shockwave with how powerful the explosion was, gas leaks are no joke!
It's better not to use any electronic device or operate light switches during an actual gas leak. Doing so might cause sparks that'd detonate the flammable fuel-air mixture
Just one small thing, the CO detector isn't in the luckiest spot I think. CO is the same density as air, putting it in a low corner might hurt the performance a good bit
@@NewAgeServerAlarm yeah it probably would because it would be all over the basement and then if something ignites it the whole basement would go boom and the a bit of fire some places so yeah
@@CODMarioWarfare However that isn't for fire alarms. It's for a variety alarm system test like floods, gas leaks (like this one), CO, and etc. alarms. Yes, we have not seen a new fire alarm system test in years but it's likely (albeit rarely) there will be a new series of system tests (including fire alarms, security, etc).
@@brinegamersproductionsmedia thank you that's why I asked! Because that system test was not a fire alarm system test plus next time CODMarioWarfare read what I'm asking better I asked when there's gonna be a fire alarm test not a test like he recorded recently
My interests have changed and my collection was collecting dust when others could be enjoying the devices. Besides, I needed money to fund the stuff I purchased for the upcoming Security Series, which don't worry will feature some fire alarm devices as well.

THIS IS REAL! *THIS IS REAL!*
*meanwhile with fire alarms on march time

Oh my god, I remember that video! That unlocked a memory I forgot I had…

Seems safer than using a lighter to detect leaks

It's installed per the manufacturer's specifications.
@@NewAgeServerAlarm Then nevermind, it just seemed odd lol
I've been a fan since 2014
Have you tried putting soapy water at the pipe joints and look for bubbles?
A real fire alarm but it's gas alarm. This is the third real alarm you've ever had. Should I say "nice" or...?
You should put an automatic valve for propane.
Hi
Its crazy how you just installed it a few days ago, and u have an issue. Good thing u installed it
That sensor had actually been installed for a few months. Just kept not getting opportunities to record the test finale
A third real alarm!!!!
Stay safe hope that gets fixed soon.
This is real... This is real!
Looks like he went with thatherton fuels instead of Strickland Propane
I’m just glad you didn’t have to find out the kaboom way!!! That would have been terrible!
Thank god you installed that sensor, your genius had yet again paid off
Sometimes, if people listen very closely, they can HEAR your genius!
oh wow and what panel is going be at new place

hmm you should probably get this fixed before it turns into another home system test 1 lol
It would be worse than that. Wouldn’t just be smoke in the basement, it would be an explosion.

He literally just posted System Test Finale Pt. 2
