She talks non stop 12 Minutes and I still don't understand what she even does. What the heck is her job? What does she do, what are her qualifications, other than talking? How is this related to being a women?

this comes after riot games was sued for sexual discrimination because their policy stated you need a certain amount of hours in the game per week to get hired, and on average women notably did not reach this amount.
That's called a natural distribution. It isn't sexist. The NBA on average is almost all tall people. Short people have a very hard time getting into the NBA. Should the NBA be adjusted to have a perfectly even (equity) amount of heights? No. It's a natural distribution of people that want to and can play in the NBA. Forcing equity is not only immoral, it doesn't work. Nurses are almost all women. If you hired it to become 50/50, then the standard would go down because you're hiring less qualified people from a small group of men and barring a massive portion of higher qualified women from a larger pool from having the job. Equality of opportunity is better than equity. People will naturally decide what they want to do in life. Hire based on race/ethnicity/sex/religion at your own peril. The road to hell is paved with good intentions.
