    It looks cruel. But cruelty only applies to human acts. Animals simply act according to the instinct which is amoral.
    The healthy eco-system requires food chain and as long as humans don't disturb, it will take care itself well.

    • @jaimie3818
      @jaimie3818 7 лет назад +47

      It is impossible to prove that animals simply act according to instinct and humans act out of cruelty. If it is natural for one, it is natural for the other; or the opposite is true, and animals can be cruel just as humans can be

    • @pikppa
      @pikppa 7 лет назад +105

      No they can't. A cruel being by definition is one who takes delight and pleasure in causing harm and suffering to other beings. No other animal does this. Tigers kills other beings but they take no pleasure in it, they do not laugh at them, they don't take parts of their bodies as trophies, they don't smile and pose with their corps in a pathetic attempt to glorify themselves. They simply eat and go on. A predator kills because it's hungry. Most humans don't need a reason to kill: they just enjoy it.

    • @RubyCarrots3232
      @RubyCarrots3232 7 лет назад +70

      Well, many intelligent animals do kill for what can only be described sport such as bottlenose dolphins, they have been seen attacking and kill small porpoises even though they don't eat them and they are no threat to they're food supply since they don't hunt the same kinds of fish. Predatory animals, seem to take stimulation from hunting and have been known on some occasions to kill more prey than they can eat in which the extra meat is often discarded, cats and mustelids being the most prone to this. Also, predators such as cats, chimps, and cetaceans have seen playing with their victims or using them to teach their young while they are still alive. Lastly, even though animals such as deer and hippos are classified as "herbivores", that doesn't stop them from have a bit of carrion or nesting birds, same as a cat or a wolf munching grass for extra fibers, now these animals don't need to eat these foods, but that doesn't stop them from venturing off their natural diet for some extra nourishment. You see, the real reason cruelty doesn't exist in nature is because it's a human concept, and our morals cannot be projected on animals as they simply don't have the capacity to understand or even comprehend such themes and ideas like a hyena or an orca will not even consider how its prey must feel being killed in such a brutal and agonizingly slow death even though both animals have proven to show remarkable intelligence and carry strong bonds among their peers, along with most prey animals not caring about what happens to its neighbor but will still risk its life to protect its offspring. Lastly, animals shouldn't be seen as innocent either as that is something humans invented too and therefore doesn't exist in nature. The truth is, it's just nature, and it is wonderful because of that.
      P.S. You heard from one of your so called "kills for pleasure heartless meat eater" who has never intentionally hurt a wild or captive animal once in his entire life, has a pet snake that he loves to bits, only eats organic and free ranged animal products since I personally believe humans are omnivores but I mind if you disagree and has dedicated his entire childhood and current life simply trying to educate myself about the natural world and all things pertaining to it and from what I learned is that the biggest threats to animals and our world as a whole comes almost directly from climate change, poaching, habitat fragmentation, invasive species, and the over exploitation and destruction of our marine biomes.

    • @TheCbot88
      @TheCbot88 6 лет назад +16

      Humans are part of the food chain. We are part of nature. We have artificial accountability, manufactured guilt, but to say definitively that we are more responsible than animals? Responsibilities are to the self. They are artificial. The tiger is responsible for itself so it doesn’t need to justify killing to continue its existence.
      The moral argument for nature is flawed as all moral arguments are.
      The question is what are your responsibilities to yourself? Your environment? Your planet?
      Are humans responsible? Or do we justify in our minds the things we do?
      All good questions.

    The level of consciousness this shows they have is beyond words. She knows what that is like, the first time she had to do that with her mother. She knew how to prepare the lesson, and taught her child about life. How important a clean work is, for the respect and dignity of other animals. It is literally aware of all these things. Amazing.
