I make a very simple chia "pudding" where its coconut milk, chia seeds, cinnamon, abit of vanilla and alittle stevia. Mix it up and put in fridge overnight and eat for a yummy breakfast. And its good for having bowel movements which is actually why i started having this daily as i was having constipation.

I have been watching a ton of your videos for the past 2 hours. I am so glad I came across your channel. I have been having a ton of health problems. A lot of it is from stress and I have been put on a reflux diet. I have been looking at a lot of clean eating ideas, and I came across chia seed pudding recipes, so I wasn't sure what was so good about Chia Seeds. I looked it up, and came across this video. Your videos are amazing and very educational. I am gonna make some bone broth this weekend too. Keep up the awesome videos and I am keeping you in my prayers! Blessings!!!

I make chia seed pudding for breakfast every morning! I mash half of a banana really well and combine it with 8 oz unsweetened Almond Milk, about 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, about 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder, and whisk that together. Then add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds and soak overnight! It's absolutely delicious!

Once per week I toss together: a pack of quinoa, a pack of chia seeds, chopped up meat of your choice, lots of veggie: carrots, spinach, celery, brussel sprouts, etc. lots of coconut oil, butter, seasoning in a huge pot. I turn the heat to very low and let it all simmer for as long as it takes to cook the veggies and dry out all the water generated by the veggies. When it cools I parcel out into small containers and this way I have a meal I can quickly heat and enjoy. I like it so much I sometimes have this for breakfast and dinner.

Excellent video Dr. Axe. I have just completed a gall bladder cleanse which was recommended by you, and the results were amazing! I think it is very important for people to cleanse and detoxify the body on a regular basis- especially given the toxicities that surround our everyday life. With that said, are you familiar with Diatomaceous Earth? I think this is a fantastic, natural product for cleansing, and has many other benefits (even for your pets). Would you consider making a video on this?

I'm a big fan of chia seeds, I make a pudding out of it at least 3 times a week.

Can you consume too much chai seeds? What is recommended dose? Also, do they help with allergies and/or sinus issues? Thanks in advance. I have coworkers who mixes them with matcha as a green tea!

You should do a video on the timing of vitamins/foods! Wether to eat them at night or day & the best pre and post work out foods/vitamins.
And another one on abs. I've been trying to find a video to achive some legit abs but there's so many videos and many workouts. Or you can send me a link to what you think is the best abs video?

regarding healthy colon, do you think adding Chia seeds to your smoothie is as effective as adding psyllium whole husk? chia certainly seems to be more beneficial just withe the omega 3 alone.
