The most problem digimon need to solve first is how horrible they marketing digimon outside japan.
After that they can freely explore concept like "palworld" open world who technically the same as world 1,Re:digitize and Next Order.
And fix there battle system went you berley do nothing went your digimon battle like world 1 or you confuse your self went giving your digimon command like next order.
Overall good take if any other monster taming who have deep lore to explore in any media is non other than digimon.

Ya I agree marketing is a big problem, most of the Digimon games I love had horrible marketing. I didn’t even know they existed.
