GTA 5 is so old at this point that i run it on highest(msaa-2x and txaa on) settings on my rtx 3070 115w laptop in balance mode(limits gpu tgp at 80w) and run above 130 fps
I had a problem, I had a Ryzen 5 and an RTX 3060 12 gb, 16 Ram, and I get only 32 FPS, is rare because the new games like horizon zero dawn etc I can play this games at 4K in ultra settings at 40-50fps, so if GTA V is an older game, how can I have this bad performance? I try everything; VSync off, I change settings to normal, and fps are not hanging at all, it’s like my FPS are blocked. I search for solutions and I update my drivers and nothing… when I change setting for example from normal to high there is no change! In all of the options from the game Can someone explain to me what’s going on? GTA V is the reason why I change from console to PC, MODS are amazing for this game! (Sorry for my English)
I think the 3060 is just inconsistent with older titles. I can't play Borderlands on high with mods but I can play Skyrim on ultra with 2000 mods and get 60 fps. GTA runs ultra just fine, but it ranges from 160 FPS to high 50s without vsync I get about 40 with Vsync. 40 is unplayable for me. I ended up just getting a 4080 because of the inconsistncy. Edit: 3060 can run ultra and a graphics mod in single player at 60 with vsync. Just adds to my point of it being inconsistent. I guess those 12 GB of VRAM aren't too bad for a 10 year old game sometimes. Also worth noting I prefer games with extensive mod catalogs and I stream/video edit for people so a 4080 isn't even overkill where it would be if I just played GTA for example.
@@ArchMannarino I find out what was the problem months ago, I add lots of map mods, this was the reason why I got so low fps performance, I just remove some of them and now I can play at 90 fps, thanks for your response anyway! :)!
@@TheKnightDriver usually advanced settings will destroy your 3060. Same thing with some mod settings like enhanced grass, reflection, and high detail flight rendering. Probably sub 30 fps on some of these settings.
i was running my rx 2500x and r580x no problem at 3160 4k windowed still full at 60hz on my 65 " tcl and after the dlc im having trouble finding a solution, tired of restarting over and over. its either crisp 4k and lower fps or opposite. microsoft keeps replacing my control panel with there amd "compatible" so im tired of reDLing that too to overclock so any solutions would be appreciated
Don't touch that, it kills your fps incredibly. But if your pc is up to the task, I personally use long shadows, high detail streaming and render distance on 40% (you can go more but it gets very heavy)
I just downloaded the game on steam, but why does it look so blurry and low quality even though I already set it up to the max settings, fullscreen, 120hz screen and still doesn’t look all high quality 🤔 I’m playing on a zephyrus G14**

go to task manager and right click on detail, then scroll and find game then left click on game and choose set priority ,and click high or realtime
