by the looks of that sauce.. i can only think of 3 kinds of ph sauce that it may be,
first is mang tomas - kinda sarsa sauce that used in inasal(grilled) chickens
2nd is jufran sauce - sweet chili sauce
3rd is kikiam sauce - a sauce that is used in street foods like fishball, kikiam, squidball🙂
the video is a bit far so i dont know if im right but i think the closes possible is the 3rd one😊 the kikiam sauce.

rather than Cebu airport so exhausted..😅

Extra careful when driving Philippines road is not safe because of kamote riders and a lot of Filipino drivers are frustrated racer

Make your family try sisig, bulalo, and sinigang. Also balut. For fruits, they can try mango, rambutan, also mangosteen. If you're lucky, you can also make them try marang.

There are many varieties of banana. The one that is cooked or fried is known as saba in tagalog. Other types of banana are not suitable for frying.

we call that silog a 3 combination of budget, if you want Tapa (beef meat) with it we call it TAPSILOG - Tapa Sinangag itlog (Tapa fried rice and egg) if it port we call porksilog, if with bacon we call it baconsilog, for fish we call Bangsilog, (Bangus, sinangag, itlog) bangus is milkfish in English.
