Wonderful explanation! I've been recently diving deep into these topics in order to apply it to BJJ. It's incredible how much my game has opened up and developed when applying these universal principles. Subbed!

Love that you are taking these principles cross domain. I have been helping with some of the training on my sons soccer team, and I see so many applications. Kicking, soft touch on the ball, checking opponents, and general reaction times. Fantastic video!

@@dineshtheurbansageI am curious about standing up on the balls of your feet. Although I am not aware of tai chi stances being up on the balls of your feet, I do know its easier to release the muscles of your leg this way.
For soccer goalkeepers being on the balls of your feet is essential to moving quickly. There’s seems to be a natural bounce available on the balls of your feet that is grounded when you seat your heel in the ground.
Love to hear your thoughts on this. Cheers!

Really interesting but how do you enter the system of the other person to affect him with your energy?
Training to breathe on the person's body as you shown Will eventually make you able to do that conexion in the first touch? I saw other videos from sidu mark rasmus' students and still don't understand that gap between the mass and balance, is it like floating sensation like swimming on energy??

Hey thanks! In the process of outlining the fascia course.

How can you move your entire "mass to the contact point"? I know the centre of mass changes but isn't it physically impossible to move it where you want? Good video BTW

Good question, mass is nothing but energy. If we are able to move kinetic force and energy through the fascial web, then mass can be moved through the body as well.
An example of feeling your mass move up and down is when you jump on a trampoline.
The key is to differentiate fascial activation to muscular activation.
Muscles resist force and energy whereas, fascia conducts and absorbs force and energy.
      Hope that helps 🙏
