Did anyone feel warmth in their palms while doing chi breath work? For me the warm feeling was so much that it was as if I was holding some warm invisible ball in the palms. It stayed for a while after yoga practice. Thank you Travis 😊

This is such a moving practice. The breath work with movement really helped me feel the breath moving like a “living force”. Thank you 🙏. The music in final shavasana was also beautiful
Thank you Travis ❤ this is one of the most beautiful slow practices. I had anxiety in the morning and made myself on to the mat with a bit of scepticism. Well my anxiety is still there after the practice but I can see it more objectively now. That's what I love about yoga and started appreciating slow and yin yoga more than ever.
This practice of slow flow is what the doctor should have ordered. I enjoyed the slow flow with the stretch in my hip joints. Thank you Mr Travis you are the best Teacher.
