most videos and manuals shows that you only has to press those two buttons to connect...i tried it so many time and was fedup...bought even a new one and with the two button trick it didnt work neither till i saw this video because i never give up and then understood that you point first the remote to the tv and press the circle button..i did and i could connect in 5 seconds lol..thanks!!!!! the new one is working as well and i keep it as extra for the future.
Hi I pressed the 123 button and entered 999999 and then done in TV. Their after the Bluetooth connectivity of my Samsung smart remote is not working, I observed that, the smart remote is working, only if the remote is pointed to sensor of the TV that is located at the right bottom of the display. Even the mic button stopped working. I did the same thing as you showed in this video, but the remote is pairing only if it place near or opposite to the TV sensor. But the Bluetooth connectivity is not at all working. Kindly suggest me any technical support so that my Samsung smart TV remote control can work with Bluetooth connectivity along with mic or voice control button, free from point the remote towards TV sensor or with Infrared.

So lets check out your grey matter inside your head ? My Samsung Magic Remote is giving me issues as i always need to unplug the TV for a cpl minutes then it works fine. But at times i need to pair it with no success only the power works. My main issue is my Samsung Soundbar won't respond & again unplugging the TV about 30x a week is a pain in the you know where. So going through the pairing process then unplugging the TV for cpl hrs isn't solving the issue, all i see is a pop up screen saying not available. My Samsung Q60C gives me nothing but grief & i had the TV reset to factory 4x now & the joke here is i bought this piece of junk in April/24. Anyone any ideas, maybe buy an LG instead ?

I repair it, then randomly, it unpairs again. i have fresh batteries in the unit, so I cant figure out what to do to permanently solve the issue. Should I get a new remote! Could i get a universal remote that would work instead? Thanks in advance for your help.
