Simple barriers. Shouldn't cost more than 3000 bucks, but then after kickbacks and bribes, cuts off the top and skimming, total should be about 1.1 million dollars and itll take 18 months to finish project

Bollards solve everything. Retractable bollards on freeway ramps would stop wrong way drivers from getting on the freeway too.

Seems like a pretty simple solution to this; barriers and obstacles to prevent larger vehicles from entering. See those anywhere where around here on the erie canal path when it meets a road.
