I love all your projects. It’s so good to hear that you are going to spend more time using your talent rather than working as a sales person. As I live in the Southern hemisphere a Christmas sweater is a no. So the vest and the cardigan both look great and I would be excited to knit either and to test if I were to be selected. Don’t worry about background noises or the lighting your podcasts are always enjoyable.💐
Interesting.....I also started sewing my own clothing at age 14. It was a way to get clothing that my family could not afford to buy. I am now 77, and have sewn all types of clothing: jeans, coats, outdoor wear, elaborate dance costumes. Now, I am knitting more than I am sewing; probably because my lifestyle does not require a variety of clothing. I have several of your patterns and love your creativity.
Hi Anniina! So happy to hear that you are taking a well deserved break and are able to cut your hours at your away from home job! Looking forward to the Suovilla Shawl release, it is gorgeous! Enjoy your vacation! 🌸🌼🌻
love that you are incorporating sewing skills into knitting! My daughter trained as a seamstress (3 yrs) but there is no work, so she‘s not using those skills currently, sadly. Another is a brilliant hobby sewist. There were a lot of accomplished sewers in my family in the past but I am more of a knitter! The term you were looking for is „drafting a pattern“! I think using fitting skills is particularly important for those of us with more curves so that garments sit properly.
Hello Anniina! I am so happy to hear you taking a break and a well deserved holiday. We can’t pour from an empty cup so I hope you can fill your cup and have an amazing time. Thanks for another episode!
Morning Anniina👋..I think the word is " drafting" when you design from scratch. That rain and change in light came out of nowhere..it is what it is.Still.happy to see you and happier still to hear you have holidays soon🎉👌Love your sisters Breaking Dawn colour way.I think you should be proud of the shawl start too..I also noticed on mine how well it lay at the beginning.Clever you!👏 Enjoy a total break♥️Well deserved,I say.🙏🐨🌏xx
Anniina I love your large sweater "swatch" the shape and embroidery are beautiful. I think the Christmas sweater but the cabled sweater in red could be for Christmas!😉
The sweater looks very promising. I like my sweaters to fit well around the shoulders and sleeves. So looking forward to your tailored sweater. I hope you write it up. Would love to test it. Good to hear you are adjusting your work hours to make your dream come true. Best wishes for it.
I’m glad you are going to take a break and then work at the eyeglass shop less and work more on designing your knitwear!! ❤I have never knit cables but I really want to, so I’ll say you should focus on that pattern next!! 😊
Hi: I think you should focus on your Christmas design since it is near and your new sweater design for the beginning of next year. I’m looking forward to it. I’m not always able to make all of your designs but they are most beautiful. Some techniques I’m still learning. Your new sweater design is beautiful already.
Woohoo! At last, someone has sorted out the crescent shawl nipple! 🥳🥳🥳 Well done, something to be really proud of 🤩 Now patent it and make your fortune selling it to other designers 😉😂
I loved your newest design (the sweater with all those interesting design details)! I must have missed the episode with Manchelopis swatches, need to find it now :D
Anni, I am so excited for you that you able to reduce your hours at your regular job. Whatever your dreams may be I hope that they are soon within your reach. I enjoy your podcast and designs so much.🎉
Love your shawl! In your version 2 is it the same as the 1 or are you coming out with a new pattern version 2? Are you including in both or the version 2 how to do the smooth edge that you figured out that looked so nice and flat? Love your work enjoy your new hrs for designing. Judy

Your shawls are beautiful! 🧶I really like the self-drafted tee you are wearing.
The cable knit looks so beautiful. It would be nice if you desing shaping with cable designs.
Enjoy your beak! Look forward to see you when you are back
Lovely designs you are working on! ❤

Looking forward to learning more from you in tailoring knits to fit. Like you, I am a little further along the alphabet in needing bust dart shaping!

I think work on the Christmas sweater for early November release so you are not rushed. Then start or complete something else ❤
Your new design looks very intriguing. Looking forward to the finished sweater.

Thank you so much Donna!! ❤️
Interested in seeing your patterns for cardigan and vest for winter. I like to work with dk or sport weight wool yarns.

I’m working the shawl as it is written in the pattern, so I already figured this one out while originally designing it. 🥰❤️
Hi Anniina! What technique did you use for your bust darts? I need to do the same. thx!
I used german short rows at the highest point of my bust. 😇
Try Birkenstocks they are great for high instep❤
