    thank goodness they opened the doors in the end. Needs a big vent above the engines thats for sure

    Stars In Their Eyes should have used a Class 37 as a smoke machine.

    Typical EE they HATE cold starting. It doesn't help the sound that some of the decompression valves are open to help the 1st start along. The smoke is unburnt fuel, that'll clear once she warms through.

      are 37 that has been at llangollen for 15 years abd was in a scrapline for a few years before that has just been sold to go back out on the mainline to do rail tours realy strong locos and make one hell of a noise

      Im still alive, it was my video camera that got most of the fumes as I was mainly outside.

      Its a 50 year old English Electric 12CSVT.
