I can't lie, the S20 FE did an excellent job against the iPhone 14 Pro. I prefer a lot of it's shots over the 14 Pro's because of the less over-sharpening and more details/colors. Props once again to the magnificent S20 FE. Both phones are good options. Great comparison once again Soto! Your content never disappoints.
Thanks mate. Yes, the S20 FE 5G still performs very well even the 4G version too to be honest. The iphone 14 Pro is good but it needs improvement in certain areas especially the front camera which is a hit-and-miss with the HDR. Except in selfie video where the S20 FE is very often overexposed in the background and in selfie 4k where the S20 FE has no electronic stabilization, frankly for everything else, HDR photo-video, colorimetry and especially the more organic details, I preferred the S20 FE.

A very unusual but surprising comparison! It's amazing that the good old s20fe is still doing so well against such strong competition.
I'll spend some time with it and after some time it will be a difficult choice - the smallest S23, or maybe the beast S23 Ultra :)

Wow! My S20 FE really never ceases to amaze me lol. Right now it costs about a fraction of what the iPhone costs (and is around half of what you can get the base iPhone 12 here for) so its definitely a great phone.

I've never had the S21 FE so can't really tell. All I can say is that the S20FE especially the 5G variant is still very competent and if you buy it new it comes with the 25W charger in the box and possibly screen protector plus it's cheaper. Thanks for watching and stay safe.

@bpkarthiffgamer I personally prefer the S20 FE but it won't get Android 14 so if you care about longer OS updates then the S21 FE. Sadly it doesn't have microSD card like the S20 FE.

As a S20FE 5g Snapdragon from 2020, the phone has been a monster especially when I got it at a great discount at the time. I was initially disappointed that the second sim and memory slot are shared, but there are ways around it. I use SanDisk USB-C dual drives - Ultra and Go versions. I also have 3 Samsung T7 portable SSD drives. With these I do backups and move data, which makes space and easy to transfer data to devices that cannot be done wirelessly. This means I never worry about storage and it means memory speed is not restricted, there is less risk of buying and using fake memory cards, or memory card that can fail. I always do house keeping with backups and storage. I limit my use of the cloud.

It is a great comparison. It is good to see that the older Galaxy S20 FE (5G) can compete with the latest iPhones and actually beat them! But there is a reason behind this: the S20 FE (5G) with the SD865 is Samsung's true flagship. When it comes to camera, it really has most of the functions of the Ultra series, such as 30x zoom for camera, 12x zoom for videos + Pro Video, superb video stabilization, and hundreds of other useful functions that are missing from the newest iPhones. For example with the S20 FE (5g) you can take a pic with 30x zoom, then crop an object in that pic, magnify, and h=have it there reproduced with the same resolution and pixels like the original photo. Can anybody tell me which iPhone can do this?🤣
The clear advantage of the iphone 14 and even all the way back iphone 11 over the S20 FE (both variants) is the 4K video stabilisation with the front facing camera. Thanks for watching the video and stay safe.

Me sorprende cada vez mas lo que hace el S20 FE. Espero usar el que compré de segunda mano para un naciente canal de RUclips que tengo en mente. Y por cierto, yo tengo el S20 FE 4G pero con Snapdragon (SM-780G).
Ojala veamos en el canal reviews de Xiaomi y sus diferenres lineas (Redmi y POCO, y de esta última tengo el Poco F3, celular que me ha gustado todo, menos la cámara 😢😢).

Hardcore samsung user here and I have to be honest I like the iphone more in most cases but the s20 fe does a solid job. Surprized by both phones to be honest. Hopefully the newest samsung is the best because Ill never go back to ios

I thought it would a bit of a mismatch especially with video. Yes the iPhone is better but the S20FE 5G is showing why I bought it in the first place. Imagine stabilisation is better on the iPhone as expected. The gap is not that big considering the generation and cost gap.

Nighttime video falls behind because is was recorded in automatic mode, where aggressive antinoise algorithms make it blurry. But when you switch to video pro mode and don't even touch anything, all auto, the image is sharp even in low light.
