I think you both actually look younger now than you did when you started the videos ..
great videos
Thank you
Love the bloopers. Always a good laugh😂😂😂😂
My grandfather came in one day when he was 87 and said, I almost had an accident. I'm done. He threw his keys on the counter and that was that. He never drove again. He lived to be 99. But never regretted stopping. My dad dropped out of driving at 82. And I plan to stop when I can't see or react well enough to drive. But I know some people really fight quitting driving. I'm glad my family was a little different.
It will be difficult. You lose a big part of your independence.
The Oklahoma lady was not afraid of bugs. She had her garden in the video. Bugs are a good indication of a healthy ecosystem. I live in Louisiana and I'm trying my best to appreciate bugs! Thank you for taking the time to share and make these videos
You live your life and you enjoy your life and where you live! This is awesome! Unhappy people want everyone else to be unhappy! Keep on sharing!
Thanks, Sharon!
LOVE LOVE the long shows! Just sayin 😊
❤❤❤
Gismo looked very contented congratulations on your new grandchild😊😊❤
We love you Jerry and don’t care if you get on camera with your sores. I’ll be praying for you friend.
What a nice thing to say. Thank you so much.
Yes I am putting you on my prayers now
Whoever called you shills for TV ought to be ashamed. U2 are lovely and you always tell folks to do their own research. Cheers!
Tree frog story: we had a house and pet sitter at our home for a week one summer. She was awakened by a loud noise in the living room/kitchen at 2 am. Her dad came and looked in EVERY nook and cranny in our home. FOUR days after we got home we found it in the KitchenAid mixing bowl. That eco was LOUD. And it didn't sound like a tree frog.
😆😅🤣😅😆
I have been in The Villages for one year. I love living here.
All my neighbors are wonderful. We have block parties every few weeks. Everyone is helpful and kind.
God bless all.
That is awesome!

Awww..such a sweet blessing...a new baby. God bless. We had fogger in our little midwest town, back when I was a kid, like back in the 60's. We rode our bikes behind their trucks...can you imagine.🤣

Hello from Louisiana. Congratulations on the new grandbaby. I love sweet and salty, it amazes me how rude people can be but I love Jerry's comebacks to the comments. Keep them coming.
Linda, this color is gorgeous on you!
Oh thank you!
Please, families, if you think your mom or dad should no longer be driving, have that difficult conversation with them about letting go
of the car keys. In our case, we enlisted the help of a doctor and an uncle to convey this news. Now I am 67 and expect my children to do the same for me if/when the time comes.
Yes, but you have plenty of time to change your mind.😝
We're in a 55+ in Calf. We needed our all our furniture and belongings delivered and stored in the Garage as our home we were selling closed quickly....Before Escrow closed on the new home and while we had the interior painted (after closing) Realtors here have a Rent Contract for this exact situation to pay daily rent (original owner decided the amount) to store everything in the garage till Escrow Closed. The owner agreed, $40 per day. Escrow ended up closing Early, it all worked out great! I always watch to the end, I love seeing Gizmo's segment 🐾💕
Thank you! Glad it worked out.
Congratulations on healthy 4th of July baby
I still tell people about the Timothy song. LOL. Thanks for sharing.
He is so cute. Congratulations !!
Thank you, Jackie!
I bet there was nothing left of that toilet gator, after Gizmo got em! Hahahaha
😁😁😁😁😁
Congratulations on you new grandson. He is beautiful ❤️. PS Jerry - I love me some Spagettios.
😁😁😁😁😁
OMG that was so, so funny Linda looking in the bathroom for a gator. LOL!!!!! And Gizmo's joke about 6 and 7 that was cute. I haven't watch in a while and this episode was good.
Thank you Linda!
Beautiful Wonderful Gorgeous Grandbaby! You are so incredibly blessed!!! Congratulations! IMHO, the two of you look so much better since living in the villages. Not that you looked tired before but now we can see you have a nice glow of sunshine on your skin, you bodies look more hydrated, your muscle tone looks more firm=overall more healthy look to you both. I personally like the "Sweet and Salty" segment because it gives us all of an attitude check. As my mother used to say, "If you dont have any thing nice to say, dont say it at all." Some people need to be reminded of that but also those of us who do have a positive attitude need to respectfully teach others how to be positive and stay positive. Being kind is a choice each of us have to make in our lives. Our enemies are NOT of flesh and blood, rather the principalities of the air. Give that new grandbaby many kisses and hugs from all of us, in fact give all of your beautiful grandkids many kisses and hugs from all your viewers. We find them beautifully and wonderfully precious. Thanks for the show!
AWW...thanks, Shiloh!
Baby is SO adorable! So is his sister! ❤️❤️
🙂🙂🙂
Great show once again! It didn't seem too long to me at all. We plan on moving there in a year and a half and love all the info. Hope all goes well for you and your treatment, Jerry. Prayers for a speedy healing.
Thank you!
I think you look a whole lot better now....not so pale!
Please keep sweet and salty!!!!! Love how you deal with the negative pollywogs ❤️

Yes, Jerry, I remember the song Timothy.
The skeeters bother Linda cause she’s sweeter 😆
😁😆😅🤣😅😆😁
Congratulations beautiful grandchildren
Thanks so much!
Congratulations on your new baby grandson!! 👶 You are so blessed! Hope to see you when we get there!🎉
Thank you so much!
I won't be moving to The Villages I live in Canada but I love watching the video's on the Villages. You two are great and seem to have fun together doing it. You are not loud and or (Noxious?) Jerry, you have the voice of a DJ. Linda, you are sweet but if you need to stand up for yourself you could. You should keep Sweet and Salty because we know how to characterize the rude comments if you don't post the bad rude comments and only good you will have people saying you are biased and only say the good never any negative comments. Put them out there then maybe if the poster hears their salty comments they might think ( "Geez I was rude) You have to show the good with the bad. I love your show -from Canada.
Thank you! 😁😁😁
I think you look better now. ❤ Love your shows. Counting down the months you o get there😊.
Thank you, Keri!
Love love love your show 😊. Funny and light for a Monday morning
Glad you enjoy it!
The other day, here in Sugar Land, Texas where I live, I had a BAT in my bedroom flying around. It was there at 6 in the morning after my husband left for work. l called him because I couldn't get it, and he came home. We opened the door and thought he flew out. I went to work, came home, cooked, and about 10 pm when we were about to go to bed, there he was in the bedroom again flying frantically everywhere. It took us another 15 minutes of chasing him all over the house before my husband finally caught him with a net. He was released without harm.
😲😲😲😲😲
Loved the Amish accent...laughed out loud. New Jersey is also famous for Jersey tomatoes and silver queen corn.
😁😁😁😁😁😁
Thank you for the info on the Palmetto bugs.
As "hopeful" to be future Villagers, seeing that Farmers Insurance now pulled out of Florida, we may need to rethink our retirement location. We've got about 2 years before our move so hopefully FL can figure out a better plan!
lots of vitamin B1 will help keep the mosquitos away
Yes! It's amazing. Ticks, too. Stinks to high heaven, but worth it. Store in freezer to combat smell.
Congratulations on the new grandbaby! Adorable and the little girl too!
OMG! Your grands are absolutely adorable ❤. I’ve been watching you for awhile but never left a comment before. I sure love you guys. Who knows, maybe I’ll be able to join you in the villages some day.
❤❤❤❤❤
Love and miss tomato sandwiches! Had them every summer growing up in upstate NY
Actually, the word about "Timothy" by The Buoys was that Timothy was one of the miners that was cannibalized by the other two miners: Joe and the singer.
I like my steaks medium rare. The temperature is 135*. I do not want to subject my pets to that temperature. That was a big factor in our buying a Court yard Villa home. Our pets can get plenty of exercise without having to get on asphalt or concrete.
Great show as always. Smiles galore on Monday AM. Don’t change a thing. Love u 3. Thank u for all of ur work. Congrats on the newest grand baby! 👶🏼🥰
Thanks so much, Mary!!
Nice epidemic Sound, jaws
Hello from Texas! My parents and I have been watching since around 2020. We enjoy your channel. My parents are 75 and super healthy. I am 55 (and need to get healthier!) We have lived in Florida years ago for 10 to 12 years, back in the late 80s early 90s. We are thankful to have had the Florida experience in Winter Springs, and the Orlando area. We cannot afford to live there now, or The Villages, but we travel often to visit Florida. We are debt free here in Texas, and have constantly traveled within the United States and on cruises. Thank you for your videos. We enjoy seeing Florida through your videos and the lifestyle in the villages that you live……enjoying the sunshine state through your videos ❤️ P.S. Congratulations on your newest grand baby!
Thank you, Monica!
The lower poverty rate in the villages is the important statistic. It's behind the higher rates of education, which leads to more wealth. It's what allows you the ability to eat healthier food. It gives you access to better healthcare. It gives you exercise options like swimming. My husband and I worked through college but we couldn't have done it without having some family resources already that let us spend time going to college rather than working more hours to support ourselves and our families.
You are truly blessed.
I beg to disagree respectfully- a study just came out the Amish are the healthiest people in the United States- they don’t have a life of excess or the comforts that even the poor enjoy
@charn913 Not sure how much their experiences and results can be compared with the rest of America's, they practically live in a different society, not to mention they have a small contained gene pool. It's an interesting point though.
Hostess cupcakes is a food group!
😆😅🤣😂🤣😅😆
I have used awesome for years!
UK viewer here. Pay-sties….I love it 😂
Sorry! 😆😆😆
Love that green! Great color on you, Linda! 😊
Oh thank you!
Yw! 😊👍
You guys made my day today!! Great show
Thanks. Mark!
Good Morning! We headed to the Farmers Market this past Saturday and picked up dried beets and dried okra; they were so good! And, the lady asking about bugs, I was thinking that since she was in her garden she was asking about pollinator bugs! 🦋🌸🌺🌹🐝
We think you're right!
Gizmo's jokes were cute today. Great show with excellent information! Thanks for another great show!
Glad you enjoyed it!
We’ve been using Awesome for years. It’s the best!
Don't forget A& M chauffeur from MCO $50 Sandford $55. We use to use The village airport cans but they are $125 with shotty vans. Love your shows! Congrats on the new grandson!
I remember "Timothy"! Poor Timothy. . .
Donna and I love sweet and salty. Don’t stop.
Thanks, Allen!
Oh Good Lord! That toilet gator made me jump!! I did not expect that! You two are stinkers, 😂😂!
😁😁😁😁😁😁
Sure Jerry, I remember the song “Timothy”. It was about someone trapped miners. Everyone was saved except Timothy, one of the miners. Here are some of the lyrics: Hungry as hell, no food to eat
And Joe said that he would sell his soul
For just a piece of meat
Water enough to drink for two
And Joe said to me, I'll take a swig
And then there's some for you
Timothy, Timothy
Joe was looking at you
Timothy, Timothy
God, what did we do
I must've blacked out just 'bout then
'Cause the very next thing that I could see
Was the light of the day again
My stomach was full as it could be
And nobody ever got around
To finding Timothy.
The best show on you tube
Thank you, Albert!
Another great MBM. Well done
Glad you enjoyed it old friend!
Timothy lol I haven't heard that in years! Reminds me of Soilent Green. They actually have a drink out called Soilent. I wouldn't drink it with 10 ft pole.😅
Had me laughing so much today! Timothy was a big song years ago!! Thanks guys!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I love the sweet & salty. I love the way you respond & put them in their place.
😊 thank you!
Congratulations to the birth of your grandson. Your granddaughter is beautiful, so sweet. You had me laughing at that alligator skit! Lol.. Great video!
Thanks so much!
Omg you guys are so cute 🥰
Thanks, Teresa!
Can you share with me if there are any communities where the homes are further apart, and I can't shake hands with my neighbors form my window?
Thank You and God bless you both,
Vincent
All premier home neighborhoods. They are all north of hwy44.
@@JERRYANDLINDA Thank you so much. We would love to be your neighbors.
Keep Sweet and Salty! It reminds me of Jimmy Kimmel's Mean Tweets.
Hit that 👍 jolly good show
Thanks, Kim!
Another great show! So love watching you two and Gizmo. You’re such genuine people!
Thank you, Cynthia!
We are addicted to your channel!! See ya when we get there the second week of August.
Great video as usual! A couple years ago I found an almost dead squirrel in my toilet. Couldn't figure how he got in till I Googled it and they sometimes fall down the vent stack on the roof. They like to chew the lead boot over the vent. So yeah get a screen cover over those vent pipes.
😲😲😲😲😲
Love the alligator bit 😅
Got to love ya TY for your information
Luv ya your videos been to the villages but live in the lovely Stone Creek Ocala
Great video guys! Good luck Jerry!
