That was a tense battle! Kinda hard to decide who to root for, both sides were very compelling. It was quite dramatic to watch Gideon finally overcome his existential crisis, only to be thrown into the sea. But is this the end of the rising necromancer? All manner of things could result from this episode. While I am sad to see the Wickerwood champion fall, as they have been my favorite unit throughout this series, I am glad to see that the overall plot threat surrounding the champion and the dancing blade they wielded isn't about to end yet. And on a technical note, the effect of the fireball passing in front of and behind the trees in that spell sniper shot at 20:35 was really cool! These videos are getting to be more and more fun to watch for the visual effects.
Cheers Aramis! Bit rough on poor Gideon. He finally steps up, then immediately suffers the consequences 😅 Yeah, it's good fun learning new tricks with the software, and the fireballs and arrows are great for showing what's happening rather than just telling, which has got to help!
It sure was! I feel like Aenir didn't do too terribly last time. Yes, he and the rest of the riders had a terrible time along the shore, but he did defeat the Wickerwood Champion the last time they met and that's nothing to be scoffed at!
@AshandStoneNZ True! The Wickerwood have proved time and again that they are not to be messed with! Still, I'm starting to think that elves just don't like sand 😂
Another fantastic video. A bit of a Pyrrhic victory perhaps, but then again of the majority of fantasy factions, the undead are probably bothered by a Pyrrhic victory the least. Always more corpses. Though an obedient necromancer is probably a little harder to come by.
I love this series, your narrative skills combined with all the camera work and showing the dice tray blend so perfectly! You've struck a great narrative balance that I don't even see the best of channels perform as well! Fantastic!
I look forward to your Oathmark battles so much. Thank you. The connected narrative battles are so much fun Maybe do a War of the Beard/War of Vengeance campaign sometime. The great war between Dwarf and Elf. Thanks again.
Cheers mate, I'm glad you enjoy them! And sorry about the wait, but we got there in the end. We'll just have to see how the skirmishes in Deepstone Delve pan out!😉
Dam I was actually rooting for the knife ears here, hopefully they can rescue those captives. Fare thee well Wickerwood Champion, you were my favorite character this campaign.

Such a nail biter, also is Arasdir during this battle the most successful caster? He must have depleted that forest of magical energy for a decade from the constant fireballs he was casting.
Cheers mate! Glad to hear it! Yes, they are 3D prints from Imp3dsion: www.myminifactory.com/object/3d-print-two-elf-panthers-397464 I figured dogs are Mans best friend, not Elves, and cats attitudes match Elves pretty well, so lets see what's out there.
I'm kinda hoping that Moxis crawls his way back out of whatever hell he was banished to, and joins the fight against his upstart apprentice and the corpse king.
Cheers Vitor, it sure was a close run thing! Yeah, no worries! The rider himself is made from the Oathmark Elf Cavalry kit, with a breastplate and aventail sculpted on, And the Lindwyrm is a 3D print from Velrock Art: www.myminifactory.com/object/3d-print-wyvern-mount-4-presupported-213021 I did a community post a couple of months back where you can see a before and after shot with a couple more details: ruclips.net/user/postUgkxdfY6vkWgtmzWQGz-AElKI5q_wNa2t2Bh
Fantastic story telling. You have a real talent for making narrative battle reports
Thanks very much for the kind words! I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Been waiting for the Lindwurm reveal in combat, am not disappointed.
I reckon she looks good on the table! And she certainly makes a mess of the Undead!
Excellent production! Exciting, tense, funny... all great stuff!
Thanks for making it!
Cheers mate! No worries, I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Dryads as undead for elves is such a good idea!
It just seemed the right fit!

Whew! That one was brutal! But at least Aenir somewhat redeemed himself after that poor showing on the beach last time!
It sure was!
I feel like Aenir didn't do too terribly last time. Yes, he and the rest of the riders had a terrible time along the shore, but he did defeat the Wickerwood Champion the last time they met and that's nothing to be scoffed at!

"It's coarse, and rough, and irritating. And it gets everywhere."😂
Great video as always, I was convinced the undead didn't have a chance so this close run battle was exceptionally entertaining
Cheers Jeff! Yeah, it was such a close game! I'm glad you enjoyed.
hell yeah! more Oathmark from Ash and Stone!
I hope you enjoy!
Love the campaign! This was a crazy close fight!
Cheers Kyle! It sure was. Especially considering the asymmetric forces involved!
Another fantastic video. A bit of a Pyrrhic victory perhaps, but then again of the majority of fantasy factions, the undead are probably bothered by a Pyrrhic victory the least. Always more corpses. Though an obedient necromancer is probably a little harder to come by.
Was looking forward to this upload!
I hope you enjoyed it!

Nicely done!
Thanks very much!
Another AMAZING report! I loved your first Oathmark battles, and they’ve come along nicely in overall quality. Great battle!
They have certainly come a long way! 😅
Cheers mate!
Love these batreps!

Dam, that was so close! What a great episode!
💚🤍🧡
Right down to the wire! Cheers Oliver!
Fantastic narratated battle as always! and nice elfen terrain btw. 👍
Thank you , thank you!
I'm very happy with how the Elf terrain has come out. I need more excuses to use it now 😆
As always loving this
Thanks Ross! Glad you enjoyed.
They really need the dwarves help now!
They'll need all the help they can get!
Thanks for your videos, i really enjoy them!
No worries! I'm glad to hear it!
That was a close thing kept me on edge right to the end😂..Brilliant as always love the effects and voices ,blood bags made me chuckle 👍
I had the same reaction as the rider! Weren't they all supposed to fall apart once the Necromancer was slain? Lol
The Skeletons, yes. Because they have the Spellcaster Control rule, but the Revenants do not require a Spellcaster on the field to function normally.
Fantastic Battle report with great Story-Telling ❤
I look forward to your Oathmark battles so much. Thank you.
The connected narrative battles are so much fun
Maybe do a War of the Beard/War of Vengeance campaign sometime.
The great war between Dwarf and Elf.
Thanks again.
Cheers mate, I'm glad you enjoy them! And sorry about the wait, but we got there in the end.
We'll just have to see how the skirmishes in Deepstone Delve pan out!😉
@@AshandStoneNZ well worth the wait. Oathmark should sponsor you. I just want you to know your hard work is appreciated.
We can dream!😆
Cheers man, I appreciate it.
Dam I was actually rooting for the knife ears here, hopefully they can rescue those captives. Fare thee well Wickerwood Champion, you were my favorite character this campaign.
Fantastic as always, love these narrative based games and the cutscenes add so much to the battle. Keep it up!
Nice!
Cheers Ethan!

I think he might be. He was in the zone this game, slinging magic around like nothing else.
awesome production!
So gooood! Another banger of a video! Love your work and those models are looking fantastic as always!!!
A real nail biter!
Right down to the wire for sure!
Legit captivating
Красота
Cheers mate!
@AshandStoneNZ ваши видео вдохновили меня на покрас фентези, спасибо. 👍
Wow, that's huge! And amazing to hear. Thank you, and I hope you get a lot of enjoyment out of it for years to come!
I think that was my favorite Battle report out of all you have done. Those cats are cool! Did you print them yourself?
Cheers mate! Glad to hear it!

What a great videos!!!
Pfiu, nailbiter this one! 😱
I know right!? Down to the wire. It could have been anybodies game!
@AshandStoneNZ Straight up awesome!
I'm kinda hoping that Moxis crawls his way back out of whatever hell he was banished to, and joins the fight against his upstart apprentice and the corpse king.
A great video, as usual. I didn't think the undead stood a chance, but it was a brutal battle.
If I may ask, where did you get that wyrm rider?
Cheers Vitor, it sure was a close run thing!
Yeah, no worries! The rider himself is made from the Oathmark Elf Cavalry kit, with a breastplate and aventail sculpted on,

You're too kind! Thanks mate!
Uh, the captives special rules are interesting!
Yeah, something a bit different. Seems to work out fairly well in the end!
