I disagree. Not everyone can afford quality foods. Some can and choose not to. And yes you can exercise, however if you don’t know how to properly- you can injure yourself. Latin stay satin! Its genetics for much of Latinas/Hispanic women. It is what it is. I've been around quite a few of them. Not just us( I'm Black). Asians and Native Americans too! Take care of what you got the BEST way you can!! Ive met a couple in their eighties and they look like they're in their late fifties/ sixties. I almost choked. Some of them still use Ponds Cold Cream and Albolene to take their makeup off or cleanse. One elder even told me she doesn't even wash your face. She uses a warm towel. Likewise, never compare yourself to her or anyone else ever! Celebrity or not, it's all in your personal care. Genetics play a part!

I am her age and have been religious about sunscreen for 20 years and I definitely don’t look anywhere near my age but Ms. Lopez is on another level because she has the money to make it that way. It doesn’t matter how healthy your lifestyle or how good your skincare regime; the ONLY way to look that lifted (eyes, jawline), is through surgery. And she’s had the best and most difficult to detect that I have ever seen.

The question is, why should I be embarrassed if I choose to look good at 70? Why should I be ashamed if I choose to wear a short skirt at 55, 60 or 70? What is aging? For example, why should you have a sagging body, sagging skin, arthritic pain, etc.? It is good to allow women to choose to be sexy after 35-45. Also allow them to choose to be round, plump, etc. or whatever else they choose of "middle age" or "adulthood" or "old." Any, absolutely any cliché about a person's appearance or worldview, I think is not helpful.

Everyone emphasizes the “she looks like she could be in her 20s” crap but in many red carpet pictures that aren’t photoshopped / facetuned, you can clearly see the lines on her face. And that’s okay, that doesn’t take away one’s beauty. Aging is normal. If she were a 45 yr old mother in Arkansas, she’d possibly look the exact same. Some people just have good genes. It’s just as likely that she’s gone to get extreme anti aging procedures done as it is that she hasn’t bc she hasn’t had to. People don’t wanna believe that some women can be just naturally pretty even at 50. I think some of it is underlying jealousy tbh

I definitely believe that in order to look half your age you really should take care of yourself. Like eating the right things, taking vitamins, not drinking or smoking, having a perfect skincare routine and exercising.But of course genes also play a huge part of it as well. And they say that it’s best to practice anti-aging at a young age so by the time you’re like in your 40s or 50s You look way younger than your actual age And I know this because I’ve seen some women who are over 30 look like they’re in their 20s and that’s because they really good take care of themselves And age like fine wine like J Lo But then again it’s also about genes And some people are just blessed with those good genes I mean my mother is in her 40s and people will tell her all the time that she looks like she’s 30 or younger She looks exactly like her high school pictures. I don't think it's surgery. Thank God, she looks absolutely normal. I mean the look that comes with surgery and Botox is not there. It's genes, exercise, proper diet and nutrition, love, care, great beauty products and an overall positive outlook on life. She thinks so she is. Amazing. Moreover, she looks better without makeup.

Latin stay satin! Its genetics for much of Latinas/Hispanic women. It is what it is. I've been around quite a few of them. Not just us( I'm Black). Asians and Native Americans too! Take care of what you got the BEST way you can!! Ive met a couple in their eighties and they look like they're in their late fifties/ sixties. I almost choked. Some of them still use Ponds Cold Cream and Albolene to take their makeup off or cleanse. One elder even told me she doesn't even wash your face. She uses a warm towel. Likewise, never compare yourself to her or anyone else ever! Celebrity or not, it's all in your personal care. Genetics play a part!

I say all this to say SOULMATE is used loosely to give people permission, and acceptance for adultery, and fornication whether people realize it, or not, and so many especially in HOLLYWOOD need deliverance in this area.
