I love how the video is called „...shares her secrets“ and she literally says „there is no secret“ 😂😂😂
She eats the right way she says. She does not eat junk like you eat haha. She takes care of her body "like a job". For example she sleeps well, exercise, and eat correct. Her secret is doing the correct and right thing only, like when eating she does portion control that a lot of people does not do it or concentrate she says. What she eats all day? She starts with a shake in the morning, right before lunch she starts being really hungry and eat a little bit of fruit of a bar or something like that, for lunch something yummy like chicken and salad or vegetables with quinoa, and at night she eats whatever she wants but with portion control she says. Dinner only she eats a good meal with her kids. The key is USING portion control. Wow!!! If you practice portion control you do not need to deprive yourself of your any food you enjoy, like rice and bean with steak in moderation she says. She focus on achievements and doing the right thing is the conclusion. But we need money and motivation, too. That is it. Now you know.

Her job is her body and her looks. I'm sure she spends several hours of the day exercising, facials etc. It really does help that she doesn't worry about house cleaning, laundry, etc. She also has help with her children. I'm not jealous or begrudging her but with help and their encouragement in putting up the work. Latin women who have taken care of themselves don't show on their face but it shows in their bodies. I'm one of them. I have no wrinkles. I'm 65. However my body needs alot of work.

Lets not act like she's the only one who pays attention to her appearance and has help with the house and kids..all celebrities do and not all look as good or have a natural look like jlo. let's be honest most celebrities have the help with kids and house and they don't even put in the work all they do is resort to plastic surgery and be on social media all day. Lol Also at least she doesn't resort to all this plastic surgery and crazy fillers and botox like most celebrities example the Kardashians and jenners. I'm just saying there's worse examples. Jlo doesn't look plastic and she is often with her kids unlike other celebrities.
The point is that looking good and maintenance is part of her job. So she spends more than the average woman does of the day taking care of business which is her body and face. It is what makes her money so she spends money on all the latest stuff to look good.

It's genetics too. most latinas, women of color age well. She's had to be athletic as a performer from a young age & just has continued & maintained it. Not hard when you make it a routine.

I love Jlo, but it's simple eat right, exercise every freaking day! or at least 5 days a weak, more water and smoothies and less soda, alcohol and less sun tanning! Also, try to live a relaxed life with no stress or sadness ( this is a hard one!) Finally, sleep more than 6 hours a day! Not forgeting, trying to wear nice clothes with nice hairstyles will make us look better.
There are other things, but if you at least did that you can look decent as you get older!
Of course, there is always surgical changes, but you won't need much if you keep yourself healthy and glowing!
Natural Red wine and whiskey is good for you, just in moderation. I have amazing skin and I drink red wine some Saturday and put a shot of whiskey in my tea 3 days a week. Just look up the benefits of whiskey. Many famous writers were whiskey drinkers.

.... Money helps.... As does " almost undectable" Botox. True, if you work out/ exercise it helps you not look older. But c'mon, she's had Botox, but hides it well. Some of it is genetic....Heck, I'm going to be 65 and I look " ok. " ... When I was in my 50's, I looked 40.
