fun fact: Any red fluid you see coming out of your steak is likely water and myoglobin, not blood. Myoglobin is made of a protein and a heme ring, which contains an iron atom, both of which change when meat is cooked: The protein denatures, and the state of the iron changes. Thus the red juice.

As a beef 🥩 super big fan, The Standing sushi bar (the wagyu maki) and Gyushi wagyu donburi looks very yummy! Esp when they talk about the proportion of fats (people who love beef would know) and the flaming torched! Not a fan of truffle sauce (sometimes other place too creamy and gelat) but hearing that they make it in house i would want to try! Sad no special promo code for Gyushi but ok la to be fair its considered affordable for wagyu standard!
Side note standing sushi bar promo code quite attractive but OMASAKE not a place i would go often🥲 probarly once in a while for a birthday etc
