    15:12 the mushroom dish is not molecular gastronomy. Molecular gastronomy is a scientific approach to cooking this includes using chemicals or tools to change the molecular properties of the ingredients.

      Flanken ribs are beef ribs cut across the bone into thin strips, each containing several small bone pieces.

    just my two cents - i think ryan should stop turning to ben when speaking. it became quite apparent in the second location. feels like only both of them were hosting and nigel was left out completely.
