just my two cents - i think ryan should stop turning to ben when speaking. it became quite apparent in the second location. feels like only both of them were hosting and nigel was left out completely.
I don't understand how is the parfait a molecular gastronomical dish, its just a chicken liver pate on top of a pastry with slice white button mushroom.
