some one explain me what is OC map call

OC means original character so you would animate one of your own characters that you made.
A MAP is a multi-animator project. The host takes a song and cuts it into parts. These parts are taken by people and animated. Once everyone is done with their part, the host stitches them together and it becomes a full animated video.
