Hey Dante. Just wanted to drop by and say a big thank you to you. I applied for a Product Spec job without really knowing what it entailed and this video was super helpful during my prep phase & I got the job!! ❤️ Really appreciate what you're doing and looking forward to seeing your channel grow!! A small request might be I would to love to hear how you learnt to prioritise support tickets, and how long it took you to pick up that skillset!
Wow congrats. just wondering, did you have any prior experience in this role at all? Or what relevant experience do you have? If you don’t mind me asking of course!
@@ib961 hey no worries :) I graduated into a covid lock down in 2020 with a social science degree, then took up a frontend engineering apprenticeship whilst volunteering ux/ui work for friends' infant start ups. Did this for about 9 months to gain exposure to the tech world, then got found on LinkedIn by my current company's recruiter, interviewed & am now just past my first week :) Edit: a lot of my tech skills were self taught like thru YT and just trial and error. My dream is to end up as a dev, and am going thru structured training in my off hours now to strengthen core skills. Hope this helps? And thanks again for the congrats ❤️
Hey Kit! Thank you for your kind message, it means a lot to us. CONGRATS on getting the role, so proud of you and glad to hear the video helped. Here's a recent video we published with a detailed walkthrough and answer to another Product Specialist interview question, in case you'd like to check it out and share it with others. We hope you enjoy it! We will put together a video on ticket prioritization soon thanks for the idea, keep them coming. ruclips.net/video/Z81ZUqQQ-is/видео.html
