Great supplemental kit. I really like the idea of attaching a small light to the inside of the tobacco tin lid. I'm going to steal that idea.
Great to see someone putting a decent compass and whistle in their kit too.
Myself, I'd try to cram a mini-bic lighter or small ferrocerium rod into that tin, along with some heavy duty aluminium foil.

Nice ‘supplement’ kit, I would put some cordage in there, at worst a spare shoelace can help with sheltering and first aid (keep it simple).
You already have needles and safety pins in the kit, I always have a pre-threaded needle sealed in a straw on me which includes mini safety pins and a mini paperclip.
My ‘most bang for the buck’ survival item is a stick of good quality moisturizing lip balm, it has many survival uses from adding burn time to kindling/tinder to preventing a cut from sticking to duct tape used as an improvised band aid.
The one I keep in my EDC ‘OLOK’ (One Litre, One Kilo) survival kit has SPF15 so can serve as sunscreen.
Cold dry winter air can suck moisture out of your skin making you colder like sweating in summer, rub some lip balm on exposed skin to reduce this.
    Greetings from Montreal, Canada.

Amazing kit. Good work. I do have some options for you that I have for my altoid tin can survival kit that I’d like to recommend. 1. The tops fire starter tool (short but THICK firesteel) 2. The Swiss Army knife evo grip 18s. Perfect multi tool for hygiene, sawing exc with a locking blade. 3. Whirlpool plastic bags (atleast one) you have the water tablets which is great, and you also have a large plastic bag, but the wirlpool bags are exactly 32oz of water storage so you know how many tabs to use without over doing it or under doing it. 4. A mini necklace knife sharpener. I found one that sharpens my Swiss army and fishing hooks all in one. Last but not least 5. Kevlar cord at 50lb test. Good for fishing and bow drill work.

Excellent suggestions. I usually carry kevlar cordage. It's really useful.

I'd drop the tourny - just my opinion - will likely never need it. Otherwise a good supplemental kit. Thanks.

I believe that if you carry a gun, you should have the ability to stop bleeding.

@@theaveragewoodsman6002i agree, if you carry then you should be able to stop the bleeding.
However, you need to examine reason over purpose here. Your reason is gun. I dont know about you but the bulk of my training is center mass.... not putting a tourniquet there. Tourniquets are reserved soley for extremity wounds where a pressure dressing has failed or otherwise cannot reasonably be applied..... severe lacerations or possible amputations.
Im not saying dont carry it, but the reasoning doesnt quite add up.😂
Background: having done countless tourniquet drills, the first order of business is suppressive fire and possible evac, these not withstanding, that means youd have the time to apply proper bandaging first. Tourniquets are not primary for gun shots, just the "other" explosive on the battlefield that may cost you that limb... yes i said drills because for what i did get into, i never had the bad juju of actually needing that piece of gear.

Good job buddy. Go ahead and throw a needle, tweezers and some dental floss in there. No extra room

Thanks for the suggestions. There's a needle in the repair kit and I have a large sail needle tapped to my knife sheath. Also, my SAK has tweezers.

Hi, if you are not saved, and would like to be included in the rapture of the church. Believe that Jesus's death on the cross, was enough to pay for ALL your sins , yes ALL ,(past, present and future) That is what the Gospel is about. We are saved by GOD'S amazing grace, through our faith in Jesus's sinless life, death on the cross and resurrection 3 days later . No additional works needed. It is literally that simple.
