Okay, SLS stands for Sodium Lauryl Sulfate which is a synthetic detergent and foaming agent that also serve as foam booster in order to clean properly. We use SLS to create a rich lather also for great cleaning action.

This is liquid wash like dish wash and hand wash. It is not a liquid soap that you need caustic soda. Allow it to settle for 24 hours let's see... I have a video of how to make multi-purpose Liquid soap where I added little qty of caustic soda. ruclips.net/video/dBQEs4kipz0/видео.html
