As an Indian I agree with you. A great gesture by China. But would have been a greater gesture if the meeting for peace at the toilets built over mosques in Xinjiang, or even better the peace committee could have included those muslims in Xinjiang whose beards have been shaved off

Until the Palestinians build a united national front, Palestine will be treated solely as an autonomous entity of Israel. It is high time to abandon internal divisions and start thinking seriously about the future of Palestine. And if we are talking about independence and building a Palestinian state, the only option here is the authoritative help and support of countries such as the People's Republic of China or Russia. With Chinese also fishing in Palestinian issue, chances of any resolution will become that much more dim. What is the Chinese interest other than perpetuation of dispute. Chinese interest is to get lucrative rebuilding contracts out of aid flows into Gaza and if possible do some spying on Israeli technology companies.
Which country does not want it to find lucrative venture and prosper...? At least China is initiatinh peace talk first so everyone can proper..No country left behind !..and sorry but had India do to even achieve peace talk? A big NADA.
Any.proof of spying? Give evidence because talk is cheap. US and Israel are number one in this and there are records if you do your diligence!
