Thank you so much Yes you are correct I feel confident and able to manage my life without my husband being around Being in a foreign land for a holiday is not the same thing as living there Thank you for these thoughts and for sharing it with me.
I agree with you in most of the issues. Why people want to take selfie with foreigners is beyond me!! But my American friends would differ with you on two things. Crop top( or short top) and food. She wore what she wanted in India when they (her family also) came couple of months back. & she absolutely loved the street foods. That may be because they had lot of Indian food back home.
My grandfather used to work in Bhilai Steel plant chattisgarh he went to russia 2 Times he used to tell Russian women used to talk with him by themselves they always complemented him used to call him you look like Bollywood actor he even got proposed many times right now India is in that stage of mentality
One more interesting fact: that Bhilai Steel was fully made by Russia and that's probably the biggest steel plant in Asia and at that time the whole West was against India russia was the only country helping us in every possible way. Still West expects us to choose them instead of Russia wow👏
If someone is coming for a short holiday to a new country they are likely to only just begin to learn about the culture and local customs. We cannot expect them to know it let alone follow it. We as hosts have to make tourist feel welcome and show them the ways so they can learn and appreciate and understand. But I agree that if one would not respect or want to learn about it then the whole experience might be different
its show your criminal mentality . you r saying that india is not safe for women , on what basis you said. entire india is not like that where you live.

Excellent episode. Appreciate you putting this together. I think Indians should be aware of how foreigners feel in India. One you may have liked to touch upon that once they get familiar, the behaviour changes to more acceptable levels. Road side people will act a bit irritating.
People who are coming to India for a long period of time my advice to them guys please avoid eating our streetfood on a regular basis.. It's okay to have those dishes some day but generally avoid them.. They are good in taste but very harmful for health and even for the mind...
India should be called Rapistaan where rapists are politically protected by Members of Parliament. In fact 170 MPs have criminal charges related to corruption, bribery, violence and of course rape. And andhbhakts across this country have voted these candidates blindly who have multiple counts of offences and sent them to the Parliament. In fact our democratic institutions are taken for granted, that is why we have loose criminal laws and people take advantage to commit such crimes.
I have many of our Indian friends the question if they feel safe to allow their daughter to be out in the night and the answer is no or with security and driver only.
It’s not really studio but my kids study room. I don’t actually like the colour of the room as a background but I have to work with what I have as the lighting in the room is the best
