I’m getting a rhinoplasty and breast augmentation in Korea in the next few months and watching these videos have been so informative. Thank you from Cali!
I just stumbled upon this podcast as I was watching a book review (Foundations of MLD) and saw that it was you! I remember maybe a year or two ago I was on your IG and asked a question specific to this topic, and I wish I could remember what the question was because the question earned me a follow from you! 🥇 🎉 I can’t wait to listen to the rest of this 🖤
No wonder the deep scar I had on my middle finger is almost invisible. A couple of years ago I cut the top of my finger by accident while cooking. The cut was deep enough I could see the tendon. As years go by I realize I had lost feeling there it’s still numb in some areas of the cut area. Recently I realized that the scar is very light I can barely see it. Not long ago I picked up a habit of just rubbing the scar with my thumb. Idk why but maybe because it feels weird to touch it. There’s some sensation but with numbness if that makes sense. Maybe because of the self massages I was doing (not realizing that’s what I was doing) helped smooth the scar drastically! It used to be a thick scar line which you can see and feel but not anymore. Now I have to touch it to feel the scar.
I had an abdominoplasty 2 months ago, and I had a severe allergic reaction to adhesive . My surgeon gave me some injections and obviously removed the tape from my incision but I'm allergic to the silicon tape as well so I'm just applying the scar ointment, what can I do besides the ointment to help with the scar?
Your best option is to find some lubricant that you are not sensitive to and MASSAGE it into your scar. Massage is the most effective therapy for scars and silicone is number two. Massage firmly. Here is a link that can help: ruclips.net/video/wJbAIAevW7w/видео.html
I had tummy tuck and lipo 360 in May. I ended up in the hospital with an infection. My wound is finally healed closed after months with a wound vac. I’m wearing a compression faja now but not all day. I’m trying to get on track with my healing to make sure I still get good results. Any helpful tips. Side bar I lost my belly button from neurotic skin. I just want to get the most from my procedure. I’d like Help to smooth my back and get the final firm area out in my belly. Any tips are appreciated.
I would not wear a faja at this point. Lose weight to get rid of internal fat. Follow the exercises on this video. Eat clean. Take care of the scar with the Ogee Scar System. ruclips.net/video/FULHXzqaMVQ/видео.html ruclips.net/video/9jGznj47xw8/видео.html
Cindy has retired and she has never been a social media person. She is a gem and I am lucky I got to work with her for so long. She taught me a great deal but unfortunately she doesn't work anymore.
@@DrWilliamMiamihopefully you are still doing surgery when I need my ogee bbl ❤ We are trying to have a baby , so after I finish breastfeeding and get back to goal weight I have been hoping to get surgery with you. Probably in 2-2.5 years. I had my mindset to go to you when that time came ❤

A new podcast!?!?!? Yay!!!!🎉🎊🪅🎈🍾🥳
🥳🥳
So how soon should you start lymphatic massages after your tummy tuck lipo
Waiting on arm info.
43:07 Not much to look ?! Cindy! You are gorgeous ❤️❤️ Dr. William see you in December. Once again, thanks for another knowledgeable video.😊
Great information ❤
Does Cindy have a platform or way to follow her? Or can we get the information for booking with her?
Cindy is wonderful but she is now retired since we filmed the podcast. She has impacted many, many patients in her career. Truly a remarkable person.
The camera switches to fast specially when she’s showing specific locations on the body it switches to the dr when we really need to see the locations
What do you think of AirSculpt ?
Not very much. Kind of like Sona Bello. In my opinion you just can't get the same result awake as you can under a general anesthesia. Not even close.
@@DrWilliamMiami Thank you for your quick response. I appreciate your professional advice.

Which supplements would you ask your patients to stop before lipo?
There is a very, very long list. I would stop them all one month before surgery because most of them can thin the blood.

@@DrWilliamMiami thank you.
I wish you would share her info, contact or socials. I have lymphedema and I'm getting fat grafting as part of my reconstruction.
