You are so kind to put this out for free. I have systemic scleroderma with rheumatoid arthritis and tendinitis in all joints and lower legs. This routine makes me feel better. Thank you so much 🇩🇰🙏🏼
Kelly I particularly like how you encourage people to modify the techniques to what they can do and to take as much or as little time as they have to do it. I think that is still called “bedside manner” and typically what patients think makes a provider a good provider. Great job, very well done.
Hi I just have swollen lymph nodes in my groin there’s a lot of them around my my pelvic I just wanna ask why you have lymph node remove? and how long you have this condition?
Ty so much! I hv lymp fluid knot on my legs/thighs and buttocks. My therapist in hosp showed me this gental massage. I didn't think it was working, but I continued and thanks to your videos, the knots are almost gone. I do 10 per section every day and feel so much better.
I was trainned in Vodder but because I live incredibly far from trainning centers I really appreciate this info. There isn't really anyone doing this where I live so I want to keep helping people.
I've been doing this on my husband who has stomach cancer and is undergoing treatment that can sometimes cause leg swelling. It has worked wonders. He even asks me to do it when his legs are normal because it is so soothing. I would like to do some GENTLE massage on his belly to aid in digestion as well as calm that area, is there anything you can suggest? His belly is very sensitive but he seems to like when I just run my flat hands over it, but I'm unsure of the path I should take with them. Any suggestions would be appreciated. He is in so much pain from this, anything I can do to give him comfort is a blessing. Thank you so much for posting this wonderful video.!
Like your videos I had an infection in my right leg after the infection went away the swelling from the knee down will not go away will be going to a lymphadema therapist for treatment it's been a problem since June 6 Overnight the swelling goes down with my job I stand all day it worries my Dr that it may swell to much and get infected Circulation of blood is great
@CancerRehabPT I may not always comment, but I do. Sometimes, I have questions . You usually answer my questions in another video. Who is Alert? I couldn't link the videos.
Omgosh im having a lymphedema flare up, and i followed your video for both legs rn. Theyre not hard anymore, they're starting to feel soft again 😭 thank you so much! I was in pain. My drs wont do anything for my lymphedema so its frustrating.
Just want to hank you, I have really bad arthritis in both knee and realised hardened tissue above the knee cap can you recommend light excersise for this area, I'm not ready for operation has I'm in recovery from a cancer operation and I find it difficult to excersize my knee but the Lymthatic drainage does help me a lot thank you for that.
What's your take on vibration plates for lymphatic drainage? They're getting a lot of hype but I can't tell if it's just another health gimmick or not.
This is very interesting and helpful! Thank you so much! 🙏🏽 Can u also use this technique if the liquid swelling is not cancer related? My mom had an allergic reaction and now her lower leg and foot is swollen.
I was told by a licensed lymphatic massage therapist that it couldn't be done outside the presence of a doctor in case a recipient of lymphatic drainage massage went into cardiac arrest due to to much fluid from the lymphatic system . Is this a case scenario or is the lymphatic drainage therapy accomplished slow enough the heart and kidneys can handle the extra fluids ? Thank you Doctor Kelly.
Hi there. I am a licensed lymphatic drainage medical massage therapist. People who have lymphedema due to heart issues should be cleared by a doctor before receiving lymphatic drainage or any type of massage. But no, it does not have to be done in the presence of a doctor. Also, the fluid that moves quickly usually goes to the bladder. I'm located near Daytona FL if I can help anyone.
The research for this was done for secondary lymphedema - but I hear there are groups working on research for primary! 🥳 generally the same principles and techniques are used for both right now, though
Hi Kelly thanks for this new info and video. Am I right in understanding that we can still follow your original video where we take the lymph down before bringing it back up? Also does is it the case that the new video acknowledges the finding of a better route with some of the old routes being replaced with more direct ones? Clearly it saves a considerable amount of time and may encourage us to do our exercises more often. Is there any harm or benefit to doing it more or is there a recommendation we can’t follow as to how often we do it? Bill. If
Hello Is it possible to get lymphatic blockage from a massage that a practitioner has done by mistake, as they did something and immediately afterwards I felt heaviness in the legs and has continued for some time now since the massage lower back. appreciate your thoughts on how to reverse these symptoms.
There's probably an underlying condition that showed itself after the massage session. I would recommend seeing a doctor and do not accept that it's from the massage. It needs to be investigated as it's not a normal reaction.
I have a question. I'm not sure if you respond to the questions, but. Here it goes. How long does it take after doing this daily? Should you see improvement?. Thanks in advance
I’m trying to figure out if my recent copious amount of cocaine used is causing my leg lymphedema!! I’m overweight and have high blood pressure so I’m sure that’s the cherry on top with my overuse of stimulation

Thank you so much for the work you put out! I appreciate it
Will this benefit someone who’s had all lymph nodes removed on one arm?
Thank you for your informative videos! Much appreciated!
Hi. I have lymphedema in my left leg. I noticed it was leaking clear fluid. Should I go to the doctor right away?
Hi Kelly I hv left breast removed with lymn nodes
Removed can I still do this massage u teach. Hope u can reply. Thks.😊❤
just found your channel and this is very useful. thank you so much for the guide. keep it up.
Thank you for this very helpful video. How many times a day is safe to do this drainage
Generally it’s safe to do multiple times, as long as a doctor clears someone - but it can be time consuming so many start with once
Thank you so much for this information! Would you recommend doing this before or after a workout?

I am in St Augustine and I have been looking for someone who does lymph work.
How would I contact you?
That's so much Mimi@@AvaBsMommy
Is this suitable for primary lymphedema as well? Many thanks.

I seriously doubt it. I’ve been a massage therapist over 30 years.

Are you saying massage works better in all the lymph areas?
I need some answers please

Some people notice changes right away during and after, while others only notice minimal changes
Im healthy (i think😊) but after massage i feel so good
Where are you. I need to bring my wife to you for consultation. PLEASE list contact information.
