@jumbo I recommend you to watch Ben Patrick's videos . Rehab work doesn't require you to train close to failure . You say that you have a severe herniated disc, yet you treated your rehab work as hypertrophic work and probably didn't work through the regressions of the exercise, slowly , without discomfort/pain. You shouldn't push to ranges of motion that you are not prepared, as you mentioned, sometimes that was the cause of the injury. Take your time instead, and gradually you will be able to achieve more. Ben Patrick's knee injury recovery and crazy improvement, and so many viewers similar stories give a pretty good case to this methodology.

Nope. I have no back pain. Never did. I had double leg pain into my feet and saddle numbness.
My xray says I have a disc bulge, I was in pain for a while but I just gave heavy lifting of backpacks with laptop a rest and tried bending and standing up in a different way (sideways) eventually it went away after a few days but I think my pelvic floor was affected and it comes back from time to time...
That's great an all. But what if it's in your neck... I wanna get back into my fitness lifestyle man
Hello, I lifted a large heavy snow ball and now I feel pain in my disc will it be OK I'm 13 btw
imagine if the spinal cord and nerves were just placed 1 inch further away. gg god
Been getting flareups in my upper right back recently what could that be?
This just sounds like ways to move while having one. I didn't really see any mention of "how to fix a disc bulge"
How to 'prevent' disk bulge. None of this shit will fix a bulge
Anyone have both calves twitching from a disc bulge??
chat I'm only 19 and i probably have a disc bulge how fked up am i
in my case it was actually one single event I had an accident on ice and somehow I fell exactly in the way that was enough to give me a l4 l5 severe median herniation
What if it’s the other way around. I usually experience pain when I try to sit up straight the proper way. I feel the pain in the middle of my back.
Try the Jeffersen curl mate. It works .
Perhaps u have weak rhomboids and/or weak lower trapezius muscles there are plenty of vids with exercises to stretch and strenghten them
Maybe you have stenosis
Your biomechanical theories are not supported by the scientific literature on spinal pathologies and backpain.
Negative pirioformis
Negative this test too ....
What is problem?
I don’t have worsening or pain even when I’m around my back and pool and I see the position but I have parastesia down my leg and I do have a positive small disc bulge on my MRI
It’s been going on for over nine months now and it comes and goes throughout the day
I can’t figure out how to get it to heal
But where do you tell us how to FIX IT ? it fixes itself. Clickbait
need more videos on this sir! specifically cervical disc buldge :')
What if i only have pain in a neutral position while pulling up on the bench?
The chair thing could also just be painful cause of a tweaked low back. I feel like most back pain whether or not its caused by a disc bulge would hurt if you did that
that is not the case, otherwise, this test wouldn't work.
What if having to press the clutch gives you lower back oain and causes numbness in the leg after a while and it takes a couple of hours for the pain and numbness to go away?
I hurt mine by jumping a fence that was like 7ft. tall. Worst pain ever! Going on two weeks & this past week pain shot into my right arm 😞
Bro I can't even stay in the neutral position nor the second one. The second one is the worst
If that macafee revelation comes true . Then we know .
What i learned from these vids is to never workout. Stay safe kids
this doesnt fix it, only avoids aggravating it.
This doesn't fix it. Misleading BS title.
How the fuck does this fix a disc bulge?
Now I’m just confused as to why I have pain. It started arter deadlifting and I’ve had it for a year but I can do this pain free
Pain is pretty complex, turns out. Much more complex than “if spine bends, then pain”
Why does she look like Mirabai Chanu? 🤓
If have pain when I go straight up what to do?
Where is the video about how to fix it?
I got 5 bulged disc's from 1 event, I was carrying a TV for my brother and his wife and kids when they moved.... I got hospitalized a few days later and she decided to not pay me so I got hurt for nothing. SMFH
Jesus how long ago was that? How have you recovered
Sue them
Jefferson curls?
He doesn't suggest any movement that rounds your back under load
@@mateusaugusto1812 I caught that. But there are proponents of the j curl in circumstances like these I believe? Beginning with zero load ofc.
@DJP Oh yeah, no doubt. Ben Patrick is one big advocate of J. Curls for back pain. I've heard both sides' arguments, and I tend to agree with Aaron's input better. But hey, whatever works better for one, right?!
@jumbo dang bro sad to hear. I got a bulging disc and im struggling with it for about 10 months now. It's gotten worse and worse, im doing now mckenzie therapy cuz i heard great results from people who got bulging disc and herniated disc maybe u could try it and see if it works for u.
Thankfully Im tall so I always gotta bend my knees 😂😂
Pain. With neutral whats that?
I eat carrots
Plz make a complete video in detail for disc bulge...i requst lot of ppl are suffering frm this......plzzz
Please make a video of safe exercises to strengthen muscles needed for lumbar movement thank you. Currently suffering can't get physio
I had 2 herniated discs in the l4-l5 area last scan I did was a year ago. I'm a rugby player and leg strength is very important for me but everytime I start doing squats or especially deadlifts/rdls I get pain. I have been doing core all year but my lower back just doesn't feel like it's getting more stable.
Big big big big biiiiig ups
can it be caused due to a fall
Currently having some back pain so every time I've been have to get something off the ground I just make sure I bend my knees and good
what about how to fix cervical disc herniation? Could you make a video about that please?
My lower back hurts when sitting and rounding until I pull on the chair, then all the pain disappears. What does that mean? 😮
My mri shows disc bulges but I don't get pain when doing that test (I have back mechanic and did all of the tests in the book). That means it's not an active disc bulge? I do have pain though, just not in any of the tests and I ranges from no pain (I usually start my days pain free) to pain back to no pain unless I do something that hurts my back like pilates.
What if there’s pain on both when neutral and when rounded back but the neutral back hurts a lot more. 5/10 vs 1/10 pain
BS detected
Nah, mine was a plate too far during a deadlift back when I was 16
Crazy because I’m having the pain in a neutral position this is what I get for trying to self diagnose 😂😂
That first claim about the “cause” of disc herniations is not supported by evidence.
So what if it reversed, pain in the neutral position and nothing when you roll the back?
Bro its all I did and I still got hronic disc. You need to train and be stronger in every movment and not just stiff core
good job
Super amazing short. I need this. Thank you.
What if the back pain is sparked also in the non rounded position?
