@@iamthematti WoT theme for me sound more to symbolize the map and how it wil affect your playstyle, it seems to play more in focus on the map design, telling you the severity of the scenario, WT is more into player directed music(at war thunder 2.0 music), it actively affects how you play the game sometimes(making you perform very dangerous manuevres in both ground and air battles, the music for some people just trigger their ace combat mode and suddenly now they fly like they are raising hell)

World of tanks has way more soundtracks that are better, but many of them is forgotten because they keep changing them for years. War thunder doesnt change anything
I think keeping WoT's event music out of this makes it more fair. Wargaming seems to put a lot more care than normal for their event music. They even had Sabaton music in one of their events

I played WoT back in the day. Played it from 2014 to roughly 2018 or so until they started to impkement all these weird new tanks (italian tech tree was new). But the soundtracks are absolutely fire. I still keep some of the songs in my spotify playlist
2:39 hits harder than Legacy War thunder music (World of Planes??) I have 3000 hours into WT, and probably... 1000 or 2000 into WoT, but not in later years The 2:39 theme is just a stab into the heart, holy shit that music hits hard
War Thunder is very antique sounding while WoT has modern mixed in. I'm more used towards WoT since that's what I knew first, hence what I played the most
