But I wish more consistent player(s) can challenge him more to make it more exciting D;

In this rally itself, he didn't play lofty drives or clears unless Axelsen was struggling to get to the centre of the court. He made Axelsen lean around here and there several times with drop shots and gentle pushes to the side. Tactically, Momota had Axelsen's number big time during his prime. There's an incident where you see Axelsen tripping in the rally (expecting Momota to push it to the side gently) and Momota's drive clearance got him off balance.
Viktor is now much stronger than he was, his playstyle changes too, and it would be interesting to see these two face to face again. Unfortunately momota has retired. Car accident got him so bad.
